Horrible!! Dont change to METRO PCS!! DONT GO HERE EITHER!! my son changed to METRO PCS 3 months ago! He was with Virgin Mobile for years! He had his share of problems with Virgin but they ALWAYS A.L.W.A.Y.S.!.!. worked with him and worked things out!! Not so with METRO PCS!! The first month was free as the promotion stated. The second he paid his bill with the bleeping app that comes with the phone! He had no problem. Well this month he paid his bill just like last month with that BLEEPING APP ON THE BLEEPING PHONE, ONLY FOR METRO TO SAY THAT HE OWED 2 MONTHS BILL FOR NONPAYMENT!! THIS MONTH THE APP DIDNT WORK!! HE CHECKED THE BANK THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT!! HE WENT TO THIS OFFICE, THE FIRST TIME THEY WERE HELPFUL! THEY GIVE HIM THE 1-800 NUMBER!! FROM THEN EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL!! His bank has shown this place a statement where Metro took the money out of his account and where it went into theirs!! Also he did 3 way calling with his bank and the 1-800 NUMBER people to no avail! THIS STORE AND METRO STATES IT DOESNT SHOW IN THEIR ACCOUNTS SO THEY DONT HAVE IT!! EVEN THOUGH HIS BANK HAS SHOWN THEM IT GOT TAKEN OUT!! NO ON HERE AT THIS STORE IR AT METRO WILL WORK WITH HIM!! THEY JUST SHUT HIS PHONE OFF!! THEY WONT ADMIT MAYBE THE APP SCREWED UP!!

went and got a new phone i hated it it was a zte brought it back 2 days later the woman ordered me a new phone within my 7 days to swap it when i went in on the day i was supposed to to pick it up i encountered the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE COCKY sales guy named andy i ever met in my life that never opened my acct in the computer just grabbed my phone gave it back and told me there is no phone in my name and i cant get a new phone there or at any other metro store DO NOT GO TO THIS METRO THAT PLACE IS A JOKE!!

I felt rushed into buying a plan and was not treated with much respect. Only reason I dont give it one star is because the sales person was working by themselves which I understand can be frustrating.
