Ive never had such a bad experience at T-Mobile. I went in in the afternoon to see if they could help me make a decision on the best way to buy 3 new iPhones ( a big purchase). I wanted to know about promos, special rebates, changing plans etc. I told him my situation and he brought me over to the computer and quickly saw that my number was not the account holder and just immediately shut the computer. I then prodded him for promotion deals and information and he opened the computer back up and really lazily and half-assed read out the standard monthly financing deal. I had looked previously at promos on their website, he didnt mention those. This guy obviously didnt care about his job and it showed. He did the bare minimum to answer my question but didnt show any care in actually helping me. This is not the service Ive gotten at other T-mobiles and totally not what I expect from one either.

I have never been treated so well, nor walked out of a store so happy in a long time. Three employees in particular all helped me out a great deal: Ivan, Jon, and Hannah. They were happy to answer all of my questions and I never felt pressured to sign up. My iphone 5 was on its death bed and I absolutely needed a phone for gps for work. I had just walked out of Verizon, whom were not able to help me at all and seemed to care less about my phone situation. I had the complete opposite experience in this T-Mobile store. They listened to me and cared. I thank you. 10 stars.

Jerry ! Ive never had a bad experience coming into a store and I think 99% of that reason is because of Jerry. Visit Jerry at T-Mobile Natick Mall and you wont be unhappy!
