DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME I went to Cellairis originally to replace a broken screen. They charged me $100. I went back about a month later because the screen had disconnected from the phone, hoping they would help me out but they charged me the same. I noticed the screen was shaky but the kid working said it was just registering and would be fine soon. The shaking never went away. Two weeks later the screen stops functioning. I brought it to an Apple store and they couldnt fix it because an aftermarket product had been installed on the phone. I go back to Cellairis and they insist that the screen isnt functioning due to physical damage, which is untrue. I decided I wasnt going to waste any more of my money there since they wanted me to pay IN FULL again for a screen they installed improperly. I went to iFixPhones upstairs in the mall where they showed me that the screen was a defective product and replaced the screen for me for $85. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE TO CELLAIRIS. It only ends up costing you more in the long run. Go to a trusted store or through insurance. If you become a customer here be ready to be a regular customer.

DONT EVER GO HERE. Got my phone fixed here for $150, two months later the phone screen disconnected from the phone. I go back the day after and the kid working tells me that he cannot fix my phone because of physical damage. He then goes, I can give you $10 off though. No thanks, Id rather not spend a dollar on your crappy phone screens that are put on wrong every time. Clearly should have read these reviews before going there, because every review is true. Honestly, save yourself and go to Apple from the beginning because Cellairis TAKES your money and WILL NOT honor their "6 month guarantee." Never ever going here again and anyone I can get away from them the better.

This Store fixed my phone for $125, they replaced the lcd screen that was not working at all. At the same time I bought a screen protector from them. Four months later the screen stopped working and they refused to honor the 6 month warranty. Their logic was that the screen protector that they sold me was not meant to work with my phone case. Because I used the protector with my case that caused the screen failure. They offered to replace the screen again for $80. This store can fix your phone if youre in a bind but dont be sold by the hope they will stand behind what the sell you because they wont.

DOUBLE CHARGED ME. Did not fix my phone at all, they went back on their guarantee and only agreed to give a partial refund; but instead of the refund, I found they charged my credit card again! My phone is the same as it was when I brought it to them, and in addition, I am out $135! Please take your business elsewhere.

The original person who fixed my screen here messed it up, but I didnt have time to come back and get it fixed. My warranty was almost up, but after a little haggling I was able to get my screen replaced again. I appreciate them working with me
