I attended a basic iPhone workshop yesterday (4/16) at this location and left disappointed. Despite mentioning he would field all questions at the end, he took questions - even about iPads. We never got to many of the basic features of the phone which for some of us newbies, was essential. Much time was wasted on answering the questions and Chriss need to share anecdotes about the phone and his sons use of it. I know he could have covered more IF he skipped the stories. Ill go online to get my questions answered.

Do not go to the other Verizon store in the same mall, this is the only store you should visit. They are much nicer, they get you in and out faster, much more helpful and will bend over backwards for their customers
