If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in on Tuesday 12/27/2016 and wasnt greeted at all. The woman who worked there had a friend there with her and they both just stared at me when I walked in and went back to their conversation. The "employee" was rude, uninformative, and could barely speak English. Metro PCS, I highly recommend you staff better employees who care about your company and its consumers because this is a terrible representation of your company. I walked in ready to switch from Verizon and because of my experience I would rather pay more monthly to stay with them then deal with the unprofessionalism of the employee at your store.

I went there less than a month ago to buy a new phone I bought a zte zmax pro,not happy with it at all or with the person that waited on me she didnt know what she was doing had to call her boss and then after all that no receipt so I wanted to bring back the phone they tell me oh you Only have 7 days and the phone cant be used more than an hour Really where does that say that in the teeny tiny small print what a Horrible Company Most places give you 30 if They are reputable. They certainly have lost my confidence.
