I went into this Store and there was 3 Employees. One Employee was taking care of an Older Gentleman and the Customer asked 5 separate times the same question (can he purchase the phone instead of making 24 Payments) and the Clerk NEVER answered him. I need to replace my phone and my Employee asked to review my account and then spent 8 minutes spending TEXT MESSAGES on his Personal Phone and never got my account up because he was so interested in his personal conversation than to do the job he was being paid to do. LEARN from my mistake, you are LIGHT YEARS ahead of the game driving to the Bellingham Store and not wasting your time in this "SHACK"...

Mike Kapisovsky is a treasure! When I came into the store to get help on my new Galaxy 7S, he solved all my problems. Now the apps I like using are easy for me to access. He set up the links to my social media, got the voice operating S Voice phone systems working, as well as the phone voice operations in my car. Mike did a great job installing the Nimbus tempered glass screen protector so I wouldnt have any breakage problems. Mike did such a good job taking care of me that I will highly recommend him and the Verizon Wireless store in Millis to all my friends and Neighbors

I went to this Verizon Retailer in Millis to replace my old iPhone. The customer service here is the best Ive seen in any cellular place. The store manager Humza (as well as his other employees) displayed such a warm, personable attitude towards each customer. They seem to go out of their way to help you troubleshoot and choose the right product. I was very pleased and thankful that I chose to go to R wireless and upgrade my phone.

Ericka helped me upgrade my phone- she was very down to earth and explained everything to me, and was glad to repeat explanations when I did not quite understand. Really patient service and it took just about the right amount of time it would to walk in and out of a store with a new, upgraded and switched over phone. Great service.
