I had the screen on my iPhone 5s replaced back in May and recently I have begun to experience some lines going down my phone. I took the phone out of the case which its been in since repair and the woman who "fixed" my phone failed to put the screws back in so the screen is literally falling out of the phone! Now yes, it has been a while since repair, but the phone has been in a case and I dont have the tools to remove the screws. I contacted the location this morning and spoke with Rani who stated that I am out of luck and they are not going to do anything to help even though the issue originated from the poor repair performed by his employee! This place is terrible and should not be used by anybody! The only thing you get out of this place is a broken phone and an empty wallet!

I also work at a phone repair shop. Saw someone just left a 1 star review for cellairs, and want to say something. Most of the repair place do offer some type of warranty if its under manufacture defect issues, but for my own experience if your phone has lines on it apparently the LCD got damaged. How can you blame on the business if you did something wrong, when they cannot help you and you leave the bad review. Just like you bought an iPhone from Apple store just one hour ago and you drop the phone and the screen is cracked, do you think the Apple Store will cover that since they offer one year manufacturer warranty? I dont think so.

Buyer beware. This is in reference to iPhone 7 screen replacement. They use aftermarket products that will not let you view your screen with polarized sunglasses. Before we agreed to the price and replacement I asked the lady if they use Apple products for my wifes phone and she said "yes". We had her replace it for around $200 and once in the parking lot the you could not see anything on the phone when using sunglasses (this is compared side-by-side to an original iPhone 7 screen). I cannot speak for other devices but needed to share because it wasted over an hour of our time and caused lots of frustration.

I should have read the reviews before I spent money here. 150 to fix my screen and like everyone else can no longer see my phone while wearing polarized sunglasses I called cellars and was told it would be an additional 50 dollars to replace the screen again. They use cheap aftermarket parts and overcharged for the service.

I am glad they have it
