DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE: Especially Keisha Rosano and Matt Scanlon Had:::: Eulises Ivan Negron Rivera and accomplice somehow managed to add their name to my account. Went into this store a few hours later with a Puerto Rico license and was able to purchase $2900 dollars worth of brand new cell phones. Yes, $2900.00 dollars. You would think these workers Keisha Rosano or Mathew Scanlon would ask for more information or maybe even a Pin Number that I only know. Or maybe even call tmobile customer service for extra verification due to the high amount of purchase. It seems to be an inside deal to me. Also, Every name on the account are white, Italian American. This persons name and license as clearly seen by picture is Hispanic and from out of the country. I will file charges against this store and employees. Hope the Cranston Police Department get you all. As to the owner.... Hire better workers, and hope T.Mobile Fraud Department fines you too. PS If you two workers read the note when the person called to add on this criminal. She said she lost only 1 phone. Maybe if you could have read that note, you could have said maybe thats a redflag to question this person more, before letting them walk out of the store with over 2900.00 in new cell phones. You both should be fired and charged for the phones.

Not the best. Seems to be who you get. Its a small store and some people need help making a decision and understanding their plans so if you go in there when its crowded, forget it. Not everyone is technology advanced so I will drop off a payment in an envelope, ask for the manager if its cash. Other than that some employees dont explain things correctly or maybe I just cant always understand the accents. But I have NO problem asking for someone else in person or on the phone. The entire plaza has a very negative review regarding customer service but this and the tech store GS is not that bad. It all depends what you are looking for. The taxes are ridiculous on cell phone services. The only carrier that will tell you what you will be paying as a flat fee is Metro. So dont be surprised when you get a bill and your paying an extra $20 in taxes. Cell companies dont care about the phones. They make their profit mainly on the service.

Line was basicly out the door and one of the two girls working just walked out in the middle of helping someone...there was barely any customer service at all to be honest. They didnt even seem like they wanted to be there.

DONT GO THERE!!! REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! THEY HAVE NOT PATIENT AND CONTRADICT EACHOTHER. THEY ARENT HELPFULL AT ALL, AND INSTEAD HELP THEY MAKE THINGS AS HARD AS THEY CAN FOR YOU.
