I went to this store after having a bad experience at a corporate Verizon store. The friendly and knowledgeable staff of Josh Freeman and Matthew H quickly determined my needs and started setting me up with everything I wanted. I can not explain how excellent the quality of my service was during my visit. The short of it is all my questions were answered, everything was put on paper and explained to me, Freeman went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I left the store a happy and educated consumer. Thanks to them this store has me as a customer for as long as I live within driving distance and I will recommend all my family and friends to visit this location. I recently had the pleasure to visit GoWireless Verizon in Derry thinking they were just another Verizon Wireless....WOW was I surprised. Josh treated me, and every other customer, as if we were a relative. He was attuned to every question and need which I addressed. He was able to guide me towards exactly what I was hoping to attain. The I phone 7 Plus deal with one day left on the promotion! He was patient, attentive, and possessed an amazing sense of being. He will treat you with the utmost respect and commitment that you have been always searching for in a telecommunications expert! I will NEVER visit another Verizon store again now that I am aware of their most customer friendly location.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products and service. I am very pleased with my new phone and the plan they provided for my familys cell service. More importantly, they took the time to discuss the options, promotions and what the best option and price for my plan. They were not trying to sell me anything and made sure I was pleased with everything before I left the store. I had an issue with my email on my phone and Jeremie went above and beyond what anyone would expect. I also got a follow-up phone call the following day to make sure that everything was functioning correctly on my phone. Great job!

My wife and I visited this location even though we didnt purchase our original phones & plan here only to find the Reps more cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful towards our questions and needs than the location we made our initial purchase. I must commend Mathew Herman especially for all the attention to details and his patience for attending to each of our different needs. He answered all questions, often showing us in detail how to get the most out of our new phones as we are really non-techies. I would also like to commend Jeff & Melody as well. The three make a formidable team to assist all who enter thinking of going wireless.

I went in with my father today, who stated he had some issues with his cellular device. One of the employees by the name of Joe Khan helped us out with extremely superb customer service. He went above and beyond to help us with our needs. He was not only very professional, but very friendly and outgoing. He not only made my experience pleasant, but also helped my father out when he was having a bad day. I would highly recommend GoWireless as a go to for all your Verizon Wireless needs.

I cant say enough about the customer service at this store. Since the store opened, the staff has always been helpful, going out of their way to provide superb customer service. I once had to go to a "corporate store" to take care of an issue and will never do it again. At GoWireless Derry, I always receive personalized, customer-centric service - and they make the necessary wait fun. Highly recommend this store.

Went into the Derry GoWireless Verizon store, the rep I delt with Steve catt was so unbelievably helpful in helping me switch over my phone. Made it very fast and easy and answered every question I had thoroughly. The other reps James arianna and Jeremie were also very welcoming a very clean organized store! A great local branch of a large business. They offer more personalized support than the corporate Verizon store in Londonderry. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I love going into this store when I have questions on my bill, trouble with my phone, or when its time to upgrade my phone.
