DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Management there is awful. Went in with a phone from overseas to try to set up a prepaid plan. Dan (a so called manager) set me up with the plan. The phone was not working or getting service at all. He basically told me there was nothing he could do and sent me away to Apple. I was sent out with a phone that didnt work and I was out 90$. After finding out the phone is fine and the issue lies with Verizon and the SIM card, I spent a whole week being sent around 5 different Verizon stores trying to get my money back. Chris (who basically gave me the finger by saying he couldnt help me and walking away) should not be a manager due to his lack of professionalism as well as how rude he is to his customers. Moral of the story is go to a corporate store where they dont send you out unless the phone is working and have much better customer service.
