After repeated run-arounds with Customer Service (611) representatives on the national network, I turned to Wireless Zone in Warwick and was promptly greeted by Matt Dominguez who took the time to listen to my concerns and offered detailed methods to resolve my issue of low/no signal service while also answering my questions regarding the various Verizon calling packages which recently had taken effect. Matt assisted me with a smooth and no-pressure transition into our new calling plan which fit both our usage levels and family budget. Matt was very courteous and went to great lengths to ensure my concerns were addressed satisfactorily and left a highly positive impression upon me (a 15-year Verizon loyalist) in terms of Customer Care at Verizon Wireless. Ultimately, this got me the phone I wanted for free, a top notch case, and amazing Samsung Bluetooth stereo headphones for the price I was anticipating for upgrading to the phone I wanted. Dont believe a word they say. Youll leave happy and lied to, and spend the next 3 months trying to find the phone they said they ordered but never did, or getting the plan changes made that they said they would make and never did. Terrible store. Never go there

I have a new Iphone 7 that I turned off and forgot the password to get back on. The phone was disabled. It took a search of my old phone to find an email address that would enable the phone. Thanks to the wonderful staff for their help.
