Awful customer service. Closed during normal business hours, with a paper note on the door. This was followed by the representatives inability to open a business account because they are not a corporate store. This took twenty minutes of texting back and forth with his supervisor. Representative asked for corporate bylaws, articles of incorporation and other documents that have nothing to do with opening a business account. Corporate bylaws..... Really??? And, only originals will do-no copies. AT&T was able to open accounts over the phone with the tax ID number. Get it together!

I went to this store for a simple sim card fix and around 12:10pm on August 9th 2017 on Wednesday, and Joel wasnt willing or able to help me and he was completely free. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, it makes me want to switch my mobile service after seeing this unprofessional behavior in this store.

Terrible. Ive been here for 45 minutes the overweight unshaven man with no name tag working here has been rude. He continues to say the computer is messing up but I dont think he knows what he is doing. He has waited on 1 person since Ive been here it has now been 54 minutes. Never coming here again.

The store was closed 30 minutes before posted closing time. The representative who was sitting inside wouldnt even address the early closing and just waved me off. I called the store multiple times while standing outside trying to get their attention but was ignored.

Bad business practice to have a sign that says you open at 10am, and at 10:10am there is no sign of an employee and the store is still closed.
