This place is HORRIBLE, the store manager LIED to me and was incredibly RUDE and told me to take my business elsewhere after she got CAUGHT ! I ordered an iPhone 6 and wanted to cancel my order within 30 minutes after because I realized I had ordered the wrong kind. The manager told me that this can not be done! and that it would be a 2 hour PROCESS to do so one that she DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR. I sat around all weekend furious that I had to wait about a month for the phone to come in and its not even the kind I wanted. So I called Verizon headquarters and they told me " of course you can cancel your order" and it took 2 mins to do so over the phone. After I got off the phone with them I called back Verizon of Milford. And told her that it was canceled and that is when the store manager got mad and told me to take my business elsewhere and to come in and get my money back. Yet she was not able to do this when I first asked her and had to go through all the trouble canceling it myself with no help from her or anyone at that store. THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! And I plead with anyone reading this DO NOT GO HERE! My theory on why she wouldnt cancel it is because there is a $35 dollar restocking fee and she lost that AND a customer!

I went in to buy a screen protector for my S7 edge and they sold me one that is defective. My phone barely works now. I asked for a refund or exchange and I was rudely told they have a zero return policy on tempered glass. They offered to email Verizon to see if they would help but it wasnt something that could be done now and they would call me in a few days. This protector was 30 bucks! I think that is unacceptable and will be calling Verizon myself with a complaint about this dealer and will be leaving bad reviews on every social media venue. Dont waste your time going here. Go to a corporate Verizon dealer!!

I dont know what these people are talking about. First off the owner is probably the nicest person Ive met in my entire life, her staff are all extremely helpful and also great to work with and they will all go out of their way to make sure you are all set with any questions, whenever, you have about your phone and service and also review your plan and adjust it to make sure you save money. My entire immediate family uses them and were located in three States. Amazing place and amazing staff. 5 stars all around!

The store is small and doesnt have a large stock, I came in to buy a phone charger and would have had to spend $60 and buy the charger and cord separately - the cord that came with the charger was less than a foot long. However thats not the fault of the staff who are the only reason this got 4 stars. The staff was friendly and accommodating and seemed to genuinely work hard to get me what I came in for.

As someone whom used to work for verizon I understand the extra commision from selling the droid verizon exclusive phone of the month. They sold a phone to pad their commision, added on insurance after explicitly being told not too, and the response we got was they underlined where it said optional insurance. And to be told the sales woman was the manager was a slap in the face.

I agree with the first person rating this...This place is unethical. They ordered a warranty phone without my knowledge, and had it shipped to an address that was not mine.. Upon looking up the address... It turns out to be the managers address! Also, I paid my account with cash.. It posted as a Visa payment. I went to the real Verizon store and they are researching!

Absolutely terrible service from this lady Im not sure what her name was but she was blonde kind of chunky but she is so rude! She was rude to me on multiple occasions, She has no respect for any customer.

This location is good if you are upgrading or buying a new phone. If you need changes made to the account there are things they are unable to do and you need to call Verizon for.
