AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! This verizon wireless location has very poor customer service! When my brothers iphone was stollen, my mother contacted this Verizon Wireless store, where the phone was purchased WITH insurance. She was told to contact the insurance company who then told her the phone was not insured! My mother followed up with this Verizon Wireless location, who lied numerous times to my mother, the customer, saying that there was insurance on the phone. This location then bounced my mother around to the corporate Verizon Wireless numerous times, not taking ownership for their mistake. A week later this issue is still not resolved. My mother spent almost an hour in the store, earlier today, asking the sale associates to bump this up to the owner of the store. At one point the store manager even threatened to call the Westford Police to have my mother removed from the store, due to her insistent asking to talk to the store owner. The owner of the store, once contacted then REFUSED to speak to my mother, the customer. My mother is now forced to go through legal channels and report this to the better business bureau, instead of this Verizon Wireless location, and its owner, acknowledging their error and rectifying this current situation. Our family has been Verizon Wireless customers for over 20+ years and never have we encountered such horrible customer service. This owner and store are a abomination to the Verizon Wireless name!!!! There are other locations close by. I would recommend going to any store but this one: 235 Great Lane Road, Littleton, MA 213 Main Street, Wilmington, MA 295 Main Street, Acton, MA 142 Lowell Road, Hudson, NH 21 Drum Hill Road, Chelmsford, MA

Wasnt happy with the customer service. I went in for an upgrade and got swindled. I had mentioned to the rep ( Brain) that I didnt want to pay any more than $95 tax and fees included on my bill for a new upgrade. To keep a long story short I didnt get what was promised. I went in a few times being assured that all will be rectified and wasnt. The owner himself stated he would personally handle this, after I waited two hours while they contacted Verizon, and would call me in a few days with a resolution. I had been very patient and believed once again that they would help fix this. I hadnt received a call in about a week so I called and was told that he was too busy to talk to me and that he had another business that needed his attention. Blah, blah, blah. I visited the location on three different occasions for no less that two hours per, and nothing. To end a very long review.. I feel deceived and ignored. Cant do anything about it. This is my " learned lesson" but if I can help someone else with this, its with it.

We were bamboozled into getting a phone we did not want or need.We brought it back the 15th day after we got it. we were told that receipt said 14 day return policy.we pointed out that not legal in MA; they brought a 8X11 from the corner of store with "store policy". they did not care that they fast talked us in to a bad buy. they said they were Verizon employees. Stay away. Here is Mass. Law: Massachusetts law requires merchants to disclose their refund, return, and cancellation policies prior to the consummation of a transaction. A seller can have any type of return policy it wants... “all sales final,” “merchandise credit only,” “full cash refunds within 30 days,” and so on. A seller’s refund, return, or cancellation policy must be disclosed to the buyer clearly and conspicuously before the transaction is completed. Usually, this is done by means of a sign at the point of purchase. Printing the store’s return policy only on a cash register sales slip does not comply.

With turnover in the staff that has apparently occurred, past performance perhaps is not a good predictor of current performance. I had quite exceptional service from a new rep (Jeff). He was friendly, enthusiastic, very professional, and very clear in his explanations of the offers available to me as I was inquiring about changing my Verizon plan. He put together a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge package for me and my wife that had everything I wanted (and he did not pressure me at all on the things I didnt want), and he helped get everything, including my car bluetooth setup, working before I left the store. The other staff in the store also interacted with Jeff and each other in helpful and collaborative ways and I felt I was getting support from them all. My entire experience was very pleasant and I got what I feel was a very reasonable price for everything I purchased.

Do yourself a favor and go to the corporate Verizon store at the Pheasant Lane Mall (or any corporate store). I recently upgraded my partners phone at IM Wireless in Westford and paid full price for a new phone. A few days later I went to the corporate store to upgrade my own phone (we had the same older phones and we upgraded to the same new phones) and they pointed out that I qualified for $200 off the price of my new phone. When I asked if my partner didnt also qualify for that upgrade deal they said "yes she did but a premium retailer wont tell you that". They have 200 reasons not to. I know that lies (including of omission) and manipulation have become standard operating procedure for most businesses but its still disappointing every time I encounter it. At least now I know and will avoid this store in future. Suggest you do same.

Exceptional Customer Service!! Last week I finally decided it was time to upgrade my phone - stopped in and Imran took the time to show me the different options available - Once I decided on the iphone - Dillip transferred all of my contacts to the new phone - the whole process took under an hour - and they also checked my usage and I was able to get on a better monthly plan as well. That experience alone warrants a great review. Additionally, last Sunday (Mothers Day) - I attempted to upgrade the software on my iphone - the upgrade did not go well and now my awesome iphone didnt work at all. Called IM Wireless at 4pm on in a panic - they told me to bring the phone in - they fixed the issue (my fault) and had me up in running in 15 minutes - cant recommend this place enough!

Run for the hills! We received an iPhone that had a lot of problems with reception (not ringing, dropping calls, etc.) What we did not know was that the phone we received was not new, but refurbished, and this store did not disclose this. The phone was in a new box and looked new. We only found out when we had the phone repaired a year later that it was a refurbished phone, and also found out that the Westford store was a franchise and not a corporate store. Apparently, franchises are not subject to the same standards as corporate stores. Fortunately, the corporate store in Burlington had a promotion that allowed us to trade-in our old refurbished phone for a new one, but we did have to sign up for another two year contract. The new phone works great.

They should close this place down and fire all of their employees there. They gave me a tablet when I bought my new iPhone 7 and told me it was totally free. Then I was charged 10 dollars the next month and forced into a 2 year contract with the tablet. When I confronted them they were angry at me and told me I shouldve read the contract even though they told me there wouldnt be any fees attached. They also charged me insurance on my new phone and the tablet which I specifically told them not to do. Unbelievably pathetic. Its one thing to lie another thing to lie and get angry at the person you lied to.
