$600 (money you were so called screwed out of for not sending back warranty phone) minus $600 (credit back after customer service received phone) equaled $.0 So you really didnt forward pay your bill. Also this has nothing to do with the store. But we were happy to help you with your billing issue. As you already stated, we are not owned by Verizon Wireless and did not charge you for the phone. As far as the third party comment, Wireless Zone is proud to be an independent LOCALLY owned premium Verizon Wireless retailer supporting 50+ Rhode Islanders under our employment. I would ask that you check the Wireless Zone foundation for Giving and see the charitys our "third party" company supports. Wireless Zone provides services for Verizon Wireless customers in Rhode Island since 1993 and has several stores throughout this great State.

Today was not the first time Ive had a bad experience at this store. When I walked into the store this morning there were few customers and 3 employees. First the girl at the counter had to be nudged by a busy co-worker in order to notice my presence. I said hello, which she ignored, then told her that Id like to use my insurance because I dropped my phone & it would not turn on. She was very rude & I assume extremely hungover by the glossy eyes and mumbled speech. She could not get my name correct the entire 20min I was standing there and kept putting in the wrong street address, even though I slowly spelled out each multiple times. She then gave up entirely and sent me away to go online and do the claim myself. All in all I will now be making the trip up to the Warwick verizon for any future issues.

Okay, okay, we all know how busy and frantic the Verizon stores can be. We went in recently to upgrade service, inquire about the Nationwide + Mexico plan, and to get an appropriate new phone. Denise is one of the customer service persons there and she was absolutely terrific at gauging our needs and our abilities. She worked with us for over an hour to make sure we understood everything from the small print in the contract to the powers of the new phones we chose. And she made us practice till we got it right. She made the whole experience a very happy one.

I had a great experience at this store this morning. Got there at exactly 9 with my boyfriend, and we both upgraded our phones and combined our plans in THIRTY minutes! We told our representative (Kurt) that we were in a hurry and had to get to work- and he quickly and easily assisted us in getting our new phones ready to go. Kurt was very nice, knowledgeable and personable. We were happy to deal with him, and are happy with our experience at the Verizon Wireless-Wireless Zone store. Thank you!

I went to the Wakefield Verizon Store for help moving my photographs from my old phone to my Android. Alex was extremely helpful and relentless in helping me solve my problem. When one method did not work, he tried another until success was achieved. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and the knowledge of the employees. I can say this was the best Verizon Store that I have visited. I left a very happy camper!

Excellent personell. Always friendly, cant wait to solve my problems, make sure that they have what I need and if they dont they typically get it THE NEXT DAY! Prices are the same as the online stores OR BETTER! They are willing to go over your monthly bill and will study it to make recommendations to LOWER it! Without a doubt, I will not shop anywhere else! AND they sell FiOS service!

I have been there twice recently- first with John who patiently set me up with my new phone then this evening with my teenage daughter - a wreck over her phone not holding a charge. John was a rockstar- went above and beyond making sure her transfer to my phone was complete. Did I mention he is a former marine? Awesome customer service at the very end of the day.

The person we spoke to was VERY unpleasant, and always seemed to talk as if he was reprimanding me. I am a student looking for a new phone and he told me to get off my phone cuz "he knows Im always on my phone" and pointed outside and told me to get into the real world. Dont remember his name but he was fairy tall with blond hair; if you see him, avoid him!

This store is a "3rd party retailer" and arent directly linked to verizon! To make a long story short, they screwed me out of $600.00 and I couldnt get the money back, they only gave me a credit towards my verizon bill so basically I FORWARD PAID 5 months of my cell phone service.. not acceptable!!! I want to sell this phone and go back to my iphone!!!!

I just bought a new iPhone! Mike Etchells is the best! He transferred all my data from the old one, hooked my phone up to bluetooth, etc! He was incredibly knowledgeable and gracious. Great customer service. Would recommend this store and Mike in a heartbeat!! Thanks so much.

Dave Bell from Wireless Zone showed me all options available and even advised I stick with my current plan rather than push the latest and greatest on me because it wouldnt fit my needs well enough. Ill definitely be coming back when my contract is up.
