Do not go here. This is the second time they were deceptive. Originally I went to this place and asked if they had unlimited data. They said yes. I asked if that included using my phone as a router. They said yes. I decided to dump my Verizon service due to that. When we finished the transaction and I had the NEW phone pulled out of the box in my hand, then they said "oh hey so you will only have 5 G of hotspot data" I said what is this hot spot data you speak of ... the guy goes "you know when you use your phone as a router?" Oh wanna cancel your service now.. well there will be a $50 restocking fee. Sorry! So most recently I went there to ask about an offer to get a free phone - I thought. I asked the girl if it would be a free phone.. she said sure. I asked her twice. She said yes. And then she did give me a free phone. You bet she did. She gave me a Lease. Free doesnt mean Lease. Without telling me at all... she set me up on my T mobile bill (as opposed to asking me for a credit card) . for a $12 monthly payment for this thing called "Push". So the idea would be that I would lease the phone.. a phone I could purchase outright, and at the end of push the remainder. Given my previous experience with them I checked my account the first business day after and saw $750 for a new phone. I took it back that night to a different store but of course, had to pay the restocking fee. I will be doing what I can to get that stolen fee back but do yourself a favor and head to Verizon Wireless.

Salesperson misinformed me about conditions of the service/agreement. Then when I needed to cancel the service - he told me its cancelled, but didnt actually cancel it. I was charged several months of service without being able to use it and thinking its cancelled. After 2 conversations with the salesperson - it was clear that he is too incompetent to fix the issue and doesnt even have any desire to try. After 5 long conversations with T-Mobile customer support I finally found support person who can take care of the issue and refund the money. As of this writing they dont have a branch manager, which is one of the reasons of poor service.

I transferred over a 5 line family share plan from Verizon Wireless to T-Mobile using their new Value Plans. The monthly savings alone cut my bill in half, not to mention the increased speed on my data!! The staff was just terrific and the store was well managed. They spent soooo much time with me getting me comfortable with my new 4G handset. This is what a retail store is meant to look and operate like. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you T-Mobile Bellingham Massachusetts!!!!!!

Ordered 2 S&s in the BOGO Xmas Sale. Backordered, charged twice and then the order was cancelled. Refused to honor BOGO and created a new order for full price, no autopay discount and added their JUMP service. The total would have come to $231 a month for two years. Needless to say I cancelled the order and service and RAN to another carrier. Google wont let me put zero stars.

You practically have to steal something to get them to wait on you. Staff is not knowledgeable or attentive. Theyre only there to sell gadgets. If you go in with a device having a problem, dont expect to get help from them, theyll be too busy trying to push product to people who came in after you.

Honestly even though it started off rocky, I just had the best in store T-Mobile experience. The manager was so helpful & kind even though an employee and I had just had a disagreement. Dont care that its out of the way, Ill be going back to this location for anything else I need.
