I have had verizon for over 10 years i believe i got my first phone in 2000. After 13 years of great service and products I was very disappointed after my visit to the Bellingham MA store. I was looking to upgrade to a new iPhone but was told I would I have to sign a new 2 year agreement. This would be fine except this new agreement ensures I will not have unlimited data (verizon no longer offers this????) When I told the sales person I would not be renewing my contract and I would be looking to switch carriers to Sprint (they offer unlimited data) The sales person became very rude. Then upon leaving the store the person who greeted us. Yelled out the door to me that if I got Sprint it would be on the Sprint network not verizon. First of all of course Sprint runs on the Sprint Network why would I think otherwise. Second why is this person yelling at me when clearly I am leaving the store and not interested in their products or what he had to say. Very unprofessional on the off chance I do stay with Verizon after my contract is up I will be doing all my shopping at other locations. And to top it all off I had to wait 25 Minutes just to have my name called in an EMPTY STORE! I saw more employees socializing and playing on their phones than helping customers. But i guess the management of this stores feels customer service in this store is not a top priority. Thats what happens when you turn your store setting to rip off Apple Store and every sales person gets an iPad to play on instead of being at a counter providing customer service.

I have been with Verizon for many years but after my experience at their Bellingham store last week Im seriously rethinking this, so as soon as my contract is up I will be switching to another carrier. A couple of months ago I went to the store to inquire about an iPhone and the salesperson I worked with couldnt have been nicer and I ended up purchasing 3 iPhones for my family. At that time I also purchased an adaptor for my car and iPhone. However the adaptor didnt work efficiently and last week I decided to return the adapter to the Bellingham store and I have to say I have NEVER been treated so poorly by the so-called manager of this store. First off he stated that he had no record of my purchase of the adaptor and therefore he didnt have to do anything about it. When I asked why he implied that I didnt purchase it but stole it! I was so insulted, why would I try to return something to the store that I supposedly stole it from? I had dropped a lot of $$ that day at the store and I believe the original sales clerk threw the adaptor in as a thank you. When I became upset the manager asked me to leave the store and then the entire sales staff began laughing at me. I was and am furious at such behavior and very upset. I believe there was another senior manager at the store who ducked back in the office and didnt (or wouldnt) get involved. Shame on you Verizon, is this how you treat your sales staff, dont you realize that in this economic climate that customer service is EVERYTHING!

This review was earned as the Bellingham Verizon wireless store is horrible in the way they treat customers. The store manager Ronald Herbert needs training on policy and procedures and needs to learn how to treat and talk to customers. I can’t imagine how that store operates on a daily basis? I never write negative reviews and waited a week after our experience in the Bellingham Verizon store before starting this post. I would get into exact details but the post would go on for a long time. I have been with Verizon since day one and if it was not such a time constraint I would have changed to a new carrier after the store experience. I still might. Not happy with Verizon Wireless!

I had a S5 short circuit and MELTED the bottom of the phone while charging, I went here to be told that I would have to pay the insurance deductible to get a new phone for a manufacturing defect. Or file a claim with Samsung. I waited a half hour to have the rep take a quick glance and tell me they dont support the products they sell. I tried the Verizon store in Mansfield crossing and a gentleman named Jim took care of my problem right away, even asked if I got hurt or my property damaged due to my phone melting. Save yourself the hassle and go to Mansfield and talk to jim.

Tried to upgrade my phone but couldnt because I wasnt an account manager. One man "Dewy" yes, like the duck, was about as unclear as you could get when he explained to me how to become an account manager. After I thought I became an account manager, I went back to the store and was only a new name on the account...so I could pay the bill...but I couldnt get a silly upgrade! His eyebrow wax was a total joke too. Go somewhere else.

Horrible customer expierence. Had to wait an hour and a half just to purchase a new phone. Go to Best Buy first or switch to At&t. Verizons new business model is a horrible setup and causes more frustration then help. This store needs to have more sales reps to help its customers.

Very happy with the service from this store. Specifically, the help from Alejandra C. and others who helped work out a solution for an annoying phone problem I had after an upgrade. They went the extra mile for me, and I appreciate that. The new store layout looks great too.

Not very helpful when it came to fixing my phone. Suggested taking it to Apple Store 30 minutes away. Took up a lot of time and didnt set any expectation for how long visit to the store would take. No resolution.

The Solution Specialist" had zero interest I helping me decide on a new phone or even explain my options clearly. Glad to know that I can drive over to BestBuy and get some quality customer service at least.

well, the girls they used to have in tech suppoet were great.Always helped you out, now it seems they try and find ways to make everything the customers fault, which means you will have to pay,

This is one of their corporate centers, so the service and selection is better than all the smaller privately owned stores.
