So my mum and I came here to get an upgrade on our phones. Jim Smith was there and we definitely got the short end of the stick. He was too friendly to the point where his jokes were a tad inappropriate and the professionalism had left the building. He had informed us that we needed to do a two year contract for the phone or put a percentage down towards the full price. Whenever we had questions he blubbered some incoherent response leaving us with even more questions. Needless, to say we did the two year contract which was the cheaper of the two. This totaled to around $280. The following day we went to a Verizon Corporate store because we didnt want to go back. And the employee told us that we were ripped off! And that with the contract that we have, we should had only paid the taxes on a new phone and not the price of the phone itself. Were talking about $41 for a brand new upgrade. At the end of the day we upgraded a third line on our plan with Verizon corporate and are you ready... 1 iPhone 6s Plus 64 G 1 screen protector 1 phone case All for the whopping price of $110! We had to go back to Jim Smith and had both our contracts reversed and our money refunded. We were not too happy!! Please do yourself the favor and go to a Corporate store and not a franchised store.

I called because they totally scammed me on a warranty and they hung up on me!!!! This is not a REAL verizon place do not go here!!! They went to transfer information over to my phone and I had other peoples personal information put into my phone!! REALLY?!?!?!?! A bunch of stupid people work here and the managers should really get a grip on their staff... I work in customer service and I would never hang up on people because now everything is internet and we can go on your site and write things about you!!!! All I was trying to do was figure out why I was sold such lies and how come I had other peoples personal information installed in my phone???? I hope those people do not mind you putting their business out there!! WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BY THE WAY HIS NAME WAS ZACK AND HE IS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOKE TOO!!!! YOU SHOULD NOT SWEAR AT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Describe my experience ...says Google.... well its definitely one I will try my hardest to forget. After experiencing major issues with my phone, I walked into the most deserted excuse of a storefront to find two dudes by the back counter apparently arguing quietly much like a mob job gone wrong. The one employee, Jim Smith, gave me the most annoyed look and asked what he can help me with... I let him know my situation and without letting me explain to the fullest extent, he told me there was nothing he could do- even though he didnt pull up my Verizon profile or information. Honestly this location doesnt seem very successful and Jim was so rude... he nearly flipped because my friend spilled a slash of the water that THEY provide on his precious lino flooring. Dont go there if you want to be treated like the bottom of his Napoleon-sized shoes- In addition he took my phone for no reason and failed to resolve my issue. Not trained properly, his ego drove away my business.

I have come to Verizon for a long time, almost 7 years now. John always treated me, and my family with respect. What I want to know, is who is this new guy working? Jim Smith is his name. He is the most disrespecful, and adolescent man that I have ever met. He was making VERY rude and distasteful jokes, above all else he started to make fun of ME, just because I did not know how to do something on my iPhone, even if that one thing was self explanitory, he had absolutely no right. I am a valued member of this society, as well as a respected member in the Engineering community, let alone a human being. No one should come here... EVER. Take your business elsewhere, as I have.

I went into Verizon tonight needing a replacement phone for my daughter. I was nervous to see what it would cost me and I have had awful experiences at this location in the past and was not very excited about going in to the store. I was greeted by Jim Smith with a smile. He was very funny very outgoing and genuinely wanted to help us. I ended up leaving with a phone and charger for my daughter and it didnt even cost me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend going to the store and working with Jim. I will definitely be back again.

I bought my new phone at a dept. store, and didnt feel like I was getting a helpful answer from there to a question I had about it. I decided to go in to the Verizon Wireless Store at 315 Mass. Ave., in Lunenburg to see if I could get my question answered accurately. Jim Smith, the Sales Consultant, was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He was able to give me an answer to my question quickly and that solved the problem. He clearly appreciates what customer service really means.

I stopped into this store and right away I was greeted by this really nice young gentleman named Aaron. I am not sure if he was a new guy or had been there for a while but his customer service was great. I went in for a small phone issue and he made me feel great. I walked out with a smile and not feeling like an idiot. Thanks so much and I was told to go here from others which was a good move. Great people and great location!

I went here wanting to add my mother to my account. Jim told me it was impossible to port her existing phone number. He went further to say that I should just go online and set her up with a new number on my own . Thats not why I stopped by, I wanted a real person from Verizon to help me with this. I went to a different store and they ported her number...and they were so helpful about it. Ill never visit Jim again.

I had a problem with my galaxy note 5 that I bought at the Verizon store on orchard hill, when I went back to the store with the issue they told me there was nothing they could do to help me! I went to the Verizon store at 315 Massachusetts Ave and Jim smith was able to help me with the phone. He is very professional and gets the job done! I will only be doing business with Mr smith from this point on!
