I could not of asked for a better experience! I must say that this location has got to be by far one of the best Verizon Stores I have ever been to. In the past, I have filled complaints about other locations completely ignoring my needs, I have never experienced such professionalism and understanding. I will be reaching out to the corporate office as well to ensure this reaches them. Verizon in Hopkinton, MA. you are a force! You have won me back over and I will drive the hour trip to this store regardless of what I need. Sanat was a blessing and he went above and beyond for us. I cant say enough about my New Years Day and what a great way to start off 2017! If you ever need anything from a Verizon location I urge you to visit this location!

Wow - I had been dreading walking into the store - afraid that Id walk out having spent way more than I needed to or end up confused about all products/services. After all, thats exactly what had happened any other time Id visited a Verizon store. However, this turned out to be a great experience. I went in with a broken phone, they went through all my options (go through insurance, replace the broken glass or find a way to upgrade to a new phone) and I did indeed walk out with a new, superior phone, but without spending an arm and leg. They were great!

Yesterday was my 4th time using this store and each time has been flawless. Previously, I used the Franklin and Framingham stores where the waits were insanely long and the staff was not necessarily friendly. At this store, I wait little or not at all and the staff is extremely helpful. They suggest options but dont push. When there is a problem they cant address, they get someone else to help them solve it. Each time, Ive had a different person and all 4 were this way.

My experience here has been amazing .... im such a pain in the but literally changed my min of phone 3 times leaving Wiguen and Gary (sales man) here 30 minuets past closing time.... Im so pleased with the service here that this will officially be my one and only atop for all my Verizon needs...which says a lot considering I live 30 minuets away... these two guys were more then helpful in EVERY area!! Thank you guys so much for all your patience .....and your help!!!

I was having a problem with my Verizon iPhone and went to this store. Before I could even describe my problem completely, the people who worked there immediately began trying to convince me to just buy a new phone. I know that Verizon Wireless sales are down because of the newer pricing, but I only wanted help resetting my phone and dont need a new phone. I wont go back into this store, despite the fact that its the most local to me.

Since they’re a local store I decided to give them my business, BIG MISTAKE! This is only a retail store and they have limited items in stock. I’ve been there 3 times now and I’m never going back. Plan on extremely long waits, because the staff has very little training and at times incompetent. The staff along with costumer service was unable to fix the problems, they caused with my special order and Verizon account.

Brandon, Vanessa and Kristen are wonderful they took their time to explain all the details of my new phone, Brandon is amazing he helped me set up my new phone, and offered me many useful products and I didnt feel pressured or rushed, I would recommend this store to anyone around the area.
