Absolutely terrible, I walked into this store, did not receive any greeting, I just got a very unwelcoming "what do you need", I told the woman i wanted to pay my bill but I wanted to change my plan first. The woman behind the counter said no you gotta call the company, looked away, and started another conversation behind the counter with another employee. Very rude, very unwelcoming, and very lazy! And I say that because after having this experience I drove down to curry audio in the kohls parking lot and they were more than happy to do exactly what I needed.

Bad customer service and theyre bunch of scam artist they I need to pay $25 to import my number when I call MetroPCS did tell me no you dont have to pay because they will steal your money

Hes a crook end of story. I drive 20 mins to woonsocket when i live 2 mins away from this location. Rip off ripp.off has been reported to metro many times but they dont care either.
