Most of the staff knows what they are talking about. They play the games they sell and have honest opinions about them. Ive been to other game stores where the staffs goal is to sell games, but here, if a game isnt great, theyll let you know why. Excellent!

I went in to buy a new game today because of the sales they are having. And the associate tried to sell me an unsealed copy of the game I wanted, and claimed it was new. I was very displeased. I took my business to Target and price matched instead.
