Store reps are nice and knowledgeable only when your lucky enough to get a good one but seems like a very aggressive atmosphere where theres a security guard at the entrance and stores display phones are usually nasty to even touch because the look as though they never get cleaned. Prices change so often and the phones sold by metro are horribly made but if you the one selling them rtour doing great because you know theyll break or there will be tons of glitches so your always keep the povished inner city citizens coming back to get new almost every one or two. Very poor quality of products and associates that try to upsell at every corner with the worste over priced products its ridiculous. *** If possible dont come here and give these thieves your money! Youll be better off going to get a Walmart or boost Mobile line those companies know how to treat and respect theyre customers. Remember bad business yeilds only bad results and low profits in the end. HOLD THIS L METRO.

Horrible customer service phone stopped working went in on Friday after waiting in line for about an hour got to the counter to wait almost another hour while the assistant manager looked out back for a replacement, then had an employee ask if I could drive across the state to pick up the phone said no have it shipped here , called today was told the phone was in and I could come pick it up went after I got off a 12 hr shift at work to be told they cant give me the phone because its not in the computer that I would have to come back tomorrow and talk to the assistant manager again.... Yay cant wait
