I went in on Sunday Dec. 2Oth and wasnt thrilled about my experience. I didnt get the name of the associate I dealt with but he wasnt at all helpful. He wasnt rude but he informed me that I couldnt upgrade until May, that Id have to pay full price for a phone. I asked about trading in my phone for the $3OO credit and he explained it was for new customers only, he never mentioned the $1OO offer that I just read online. Anyway, I left with nothing. As I was driving home I decided to bite the bullet and buy the phone at the Verizon store near my house, but thankfully on the way I passed a Best Buy!!!! I went in just to see if they had the phone any cheaper, still thinking Id be paying at least $6OO. Well, not only were they able to get me an early upgrade, they had a promotion going on and I got a free 32" TV!!! Needless to say, I will be going to Best Buy for ALL of my wireless needs and suggest anyone to check them out! Im wondering if I should shop around for a new contract when mine ends with Verizon in May.

If I could rate this store a zero star I would. I went in to ask about cancelling one line and changing the number on a second line. The young girl was rude from the moment I approached. Said I couldnt do that. Which of course I said, yes I can, my contract is up on this line. Then she asked for my ID, I had a temp MA license, with the picture on it. She said it was not acceptable, it was the only ID I had. And she made a point to turn it over and show me that it states it is not an acceptable form of identification. For Verizon?? To make changes to my account?? They have security codes etc for proof of identification. She just didnt want to take the time to help me. I had my 3 year old with me, so I turned to leave and when I looked back she was rolling her eyes to a friend at the counter. Would NEVER go back to this store. The worst customer service.

There isnt a single friendly person in this store AT ALL. Maybe I went on bad days... but theyve all been days so far. I was looking for a really good phone for myself, for our family plan. (I cant make billing decisions, so I wonder if this was why). I asked for help from an employee, he got up, and he walked right past me as though I didnt exist... not even eye contact. I cant explain how patronized I felt. All 5 or so employees were talking to a woman and daughter about headphones... really? I spoke kind of loudly "excuse me" and one of them looked at me- then continued talking. I was there for another 20 minutes and not a single person came up to me- at times there were 2-3 employees just standing around talking. Ill take the extra 30 minutes to drive to a different store next time. Ill never go there again... they dont deserve customers.

Went in Jan 9th to upgrade to the new version of my current phone (which I love and have had for 2 years). Upon being greeted I told the salesman that I wanted to upgrade my phone and asked if he had the HTC onem9 in stock. He responded "I do, but I dont know why you would want it." I explained to him that I have an m7 currently and that my husband has the m9 and we both like them. He tells me there are so many better options and an m9 is a terrible phone. I explain that I dislike iPhones so if thats what hes trying to sell he is out of luck and Ill just go online and buy my phone. His response was "okay." Looks like Ill be buying my phone online or at Best Buy. I really just dont understand why he had to be blatantly rude about my choice of phone rather than just doing his job and selling me a phone.

Horrible. I wish I never stepped foot in this place. I went to get the new s8+ and when we went in I saved all of my photos from the old phone on to my sd card. I then took my sd card out of the old one and handed it to the guy taking care of us his name was Javy to put it in the new phone, well he never put it in. Just the sim card is there. I called the store, of course they were closed already. I went in the next morning and no one knew anything about it nor could they find it. And of course its Javys day off. I called back and they were rude. Called the next day and was told that I never brought it into their store. Im so mad. I lost everything. My brother passed away and the only pictures I had of him are on it. I hate this store I might even drop verizon all together.

I am so mad at this company they say they care about their customers they dont. In this location they depending on how you look they will not help you. My husband and I want to the store and waiting 30 min before walking up to the desk asking for help because everyone looked at us and walked away. No one asked us if we were alset.... The call center is a million times worst if you call there no one wants to help they give you files information and they enter things in wrong. I wish I could give this rating a zero because I would. I as soon as I am able to which providers with out verizon charging me an arm and a leg I will be switching to find someone who actually wants to help their customers and cares what they have to say.

9/29/2016 came to the store on a second trip because they didnt have the phone I wanted in Stock and was coming from another store. While there Big Mike said there was a promotion to get certain items for free would show on first bill and be credited asap well guess what no credit . It was a special for beats head phones or morphie power pack. So never came off the bill called customer service they said store promo do call the store did spoke to Brian whom said no such thing and big Mike not available. So sick of the scams and games they play done with Verizon.

This store is terrible. I will never go to again. We upgraded our phones in Sept 2015 and we traded my wifes iPhone in for a new one. We were told we would get a 200 bill credit for trading in her phone. As of today they a still havent given it to us. I have called multiple times asking since then but they always hang up on me. I was told today after calling the store that we upgraded early one month before our 2 yr was up that we had to trade in the iPhone for 0 to upgrade early. It is bullshit.

This store is awful. The store closes at 8 and when we went to look at phones around 7, they told us they have a 90 minute wait and couldnt help us that night. We went to the store the next night, and were told it would be a 15 minute wait and ended up waiting over an hour. When I asked if they are always this busy, they said they are fully staffed until 6 every day, which makes no sense because most people are working until 5 or 6. Make sure you clear your schedule before you come in!
