Short version: Go here if you know what youre looking for, hands down the staff and phone selection here trounces the main Shrewsbury office. I love this place. Miguel is super knowledgeable and friendly, and the past two times Ive been looking for a phone they have had it in stock here, while the guys over at the main Shrewsbury office did not (and made me wait in line 30 minutes to find that out!). And these phones I wanted were normal mid-to-high-end Android phones (the HTC one and LG F6). Both times I completely wasted 15-30 minutes at the Shrewsbury office only to end up at the Lincoln St office, and both times they had my phone in stock, and Miguel took care of everything and got my new phone up and running. The only downside here is that they only have the dummy models of the phones, so you cant try out the phones to see how you like the interface. So my advice is: go to the Shrewsbury office and play with the phones until you know what model you want, then LEAVE and come to this place because these guys will actually do right by you!

Worst T-Mobile ever!! Went Sunday and made me wait 35 mins to pay a bill and they didnt say sir would you need help or sorry for the inconvenience, I just left they are the worst and they were 2 females!! It just takes 5 mins to pay a bill! Be more respectful and mannered!

The staff was inexperienced, the music was offensive and too laud. When I wanted to see the phones they said it cannot be removed from the boxes. The place seemed nice but bad copies of apple stores. Please use professionalism and use easy manner.

Staff couldnt care any less if they tried, most display phones were either not charged or broken. We left and went to the Shrewsbury location which is not franchised.
