Summary: Dave and Krista hooked me up! I have been to other Verizon stores that frankly are minor league compared to these guys. I came in twice and was on the phone a couple of times because I was changing my mind as Verizon was offering better and better deals. Dave was so patient. He had a couple different alternatives all written up for me for my final visit. Krista was awesome setting everything up and she even helped me with a couple of super cool apps I never even knew existed. I could never have done this at Best Buy or the other Verizon stores I have been to and walked out of. If you need a phone or more this is the place to go! Details: For Christmas I wanted to get my older daughter an iPad mini 4, my other daughter an iPhone to replace my old flip phone she was using and do something about my wifes Galaxy S6 that had a lame battery. After all was said and done I was able to get the iPad mini 4 with 128 GB memory and cell service, an iPhone 7 for my younger daughter as well as upgrade my older daughters iPhone 6 to a new 7. I was also able to trade in my wifes Galaxy S6 and my S6 for new S7 Edges. I did have to buy the balance out of the S6s because I was only 1 year into the payments but thats ok, I was just paying for the rest of the phones I hadnt finished paying for yet, no penalties. I got some money on the trades to help offset that. I also got a free Android tablet with wifi and cell data. By adding all of these devices I went from 8 GB of data per month with rollover to 16 GB. Also, I got full insurance on all 6 devices for $33 a month. Normally it would be $11 a month each but Verizons new plan insurance covers them all for $33 a month. That saves me $33 a month! At the end of the day I got 4 new phones on 4 existing lines and added a tablet and iPad mini both on new lines, doubled my monthly data allowance and got much better insurance than I had before and my bill only went up about $20 a month. This was all done on monthly payments for 24 months with 0% interest and no service contract. The only up front costs were sales tax on the 4 new phones and the new iPad mini 4 (not on the Android tablet, it was free) and the amount I had to buy out on the S6s. Of course screen protectors and cases will have to be purchased too but that will be a little later.

First off I just wanna shout out to Krista! This woman is phenomal, her customer service is thru the roof.. she threw me an unbeatable offer, upgrading my galaxy s6 to an s8, shes patient, knowledgeable, and fun! You cannot go wrong seeing her! I left with an new s8, otter box case, glass protector, and my 3.5 yr old even left with a balloon and a t-shirt! How freakin cool! We left with happy faces! I would refer her to anyone, everyone else there is just as friendly the moment you walk thru the door. Windham wireless zone, is where its at :)

David was EXTREMELY helpful in my time of need. Very knowledgeable in ALL products, not just cellphones (which is what I came in for -- a replacement). He offered me all sorts of deals, weighed out options & worked with me on my plan to make sure it was something I was comfortable paying monthly. I appreciate him going above & beyond for me... need more like him!!! *Oh & bonus! Hes sending me a $20 gift card for a new case on my iPhone 7. Kindness goes A LONG WAY!!! Id recommend them to anyone, & everyone... you will not be disappointed!

Just a note to say you should give Rebekah Battey and Kyle Winn a huge RAISE! They work at Verizon Wireless in North Windham, CT. Rebekah sets the standard in customer service. I was absolutely LOST in setting up Skype and Messenger and Facetime accounts. Rebekah and Kyle were SO helpful. Of course, they made it look easy, but they did, indeed, give me the hook-up with big wide smiles on their faces. The two of them are a rare treat. They are the NORTH STAR of PR for your company!

This Verizon is positively better than the Verizon in Manchester! Manchester doesnt seem to be able to help me with my phone whenever I go in there. Rebekah at the Willimantic store has helped me every time I have gone in there. She even let me borrow an extra phone to use because my phone broke and they dont sell that version in the store. I have to come back anyway when I get my new phone so she can download my data into it.

The crew at this store has been amazing. The phone that I had just stopped working and I ended up buying a new phone there. Ive had a tough time with my new phone. Everyone Ive worked with has been so curteous and patient they truly deserve the lable of customer service. I will keep coming back and will recommend them to anyone who is trying to decide where they want to shop. If I could give them more stars, I would.

This review is a long time overdue. My first cell phone was from the wireless zone back in the 80s. I left them once for another phone company. What a mistake. I was happy to pay the cancellation fees to go back to Verizon and the Wireless Zone. The service is unbelievably good and I cant say enough about Rebekah Batteys customer service and knowledge of the products. I wish I could give them a 6 star rating.

Ive been with Verizon for many years now and this was the best customer service experience, everyone was very helpful in directing me in what I needed. The assistant manger Nate was extremely helpful and had great customer service and was very professional, he helped me with all the issues myself and family members had.
