AT&T is the worst wireless provider in the US. They are nice to you just before you buy anything from them, after that they dont do provide any services for you. I forgot to mention that there is no coverage at all in many areas of CT. what is their solution? They offer you to purchase a 3G micro cell antenna for just $150!!!! By the way,their customer service is indeed fake! their local store in Storrs is even worse. They treat you like they dont care about youl! See, they are truly awful!

The owner of storrs commons adopted an asinine ticketing and towing policy, and because of that I nearly had my car towed while inside the establishment. Will not be visiting again until it is returned to the policy that was in place last year.
