First, this is NOT a Verizon store. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra 3 miles to the Millbury Store. I bought a charger for my blackberry on Tuesday night. Paid cash. On Thursday I returned it because I did not need it a d was told I would receive my refund, in the form of a check, in the mail in about a week. It was bad enough that I called before I went and was given the wrong price and that they tried to screw me out of my discount... I will NEVER go in that store again.

Bait and Switch. We will give you $100 trade in on your phone. I order the new phone, only to find out the trade in credit is only $33. Took nearly 2 hours to activate my new phone and my wifes phone. I asked the guys to call the manager and I was at the store a long time and she never called in. I left a message on her voice mail and The manager Nicole Fornal would not return my phone call.

This is the ONLY place I will go to buy a phone. As a Verizon customer Ive been to the stores in Auburn and Millbury. Ive always felt the "used car salesman" pressure. Never ever happens at the Auburn BJs location. The salespeople are helpful and honest. I highly recommend getting your new phone from them.

This place was awful i had the worst time. the service was rude and condescending i waited for an hour and a half only to be screwed out of so much money i will never go back her go to a regular verizon store the people here are awful

Got an upgrade for my phone and the rep Alexander was very helpful and even guided me through how to take advantage of the promotions they had going on. Highly recommended, I love my new phone!
