I went to the Auburn MA Cellular Sales and was helped by one of the reps. He assisted in selling a new Samsung Galaxy S8 that was under a few promotions and also had a mail in rebate program for the old LG that we had. Long story short, we purchased the phone under the impression that we were getting a $200+ mail in rebate for our old phone for a Fathers Day special. A week later we tried to complete the rebate online and could not get it. We went back into the store for assistance and luckily we did this. The same rep told us that unfortunately we didnt qualify for the $200+ dollar mail in rebate and it was because he was unaware of some "fine print" in the contract details. That rebate was a main deciding factor on purchasing the phone in the first place. So basically he gave us two options; return the phone, or bite the bullet on the $200. We pushed back because this was TERRIBLE quality of service and shady sales tactics. He then let us know that he was going to try to help us since this was his fault (he should know the contract details inside and out) by finding a phone to "trade in" which was very nice and we appreciated that. However, the rebate for that phone might not post before the 14 day return period ends for us to be able to fully return the new S8 without incurring a cost. I simply asked for that 14 day window to be extended and they said no. So now, if the "rebate" does not post before Friday morning, we will be switching providers and service and also NEVER recommending the Auburn MA Cellular Sales to anyone ever again. Verizon, or Cellular Sales, if you actually read and care about your customers experience feel free to reach out to me. Id be happy to explain more about this situation. I hope no one else has to go through the sly and awful sales tactics that what we had to experience. UPDATE: the "rebate" the sales rep promised did end up going through. This makes us a little happier but still should not have to jump through this many "hoops".

I went into the Auburn office on 08/12 to get a FLIP Phone and was talked into a LG4 with a tablet that I really didnt need cause already had one from you I got last year...well needless to say I walked out of there with a whopping bill of $444 and some change...Now Im in my very late sixtys and I was so upset on the way home I didnt know how to break the new to my husband, but I have never kept anything from him and told him what happened...both him & my daughter was every angry. So I call Verizon the Corp.Office and they told me to bring everything back and not to worry. So I called the Rep that waited on me and he told me to ask for Mike in the Auburn office and he would help me...I got there & Mike was with a customer so a very nice young lady by the name of "JULIA" help me and made me fell so much better...she was my guardian Angel.....Thanks Julia for all the help and for my flip phone...I dont text or go on the internet and living on SS every month and she was such a big help....I will only deal with Julia from now on....Shes keeper so treat her right...she knows what you want and doesnt try to sell you something you dont need...High Five to JULIA!....

I went in as a new customer and Julia not only searched high and low to get me to best deal but also got to know my family on a personal level and make us feel comfortable and gave us good advice for future planning. She helped me through my indecisiveness and encouraged me to go with my gut. Also, she was able to answer all of my questions and further explained things I didnt understand. Kevin Mazyck was absolutely amazing to work with! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions (which we had many) and even continued to consult with us after the sale via text and phone calls. We ended up returning one of the phones (iphone 6 plus for the iphone 6). He made this return/exchange so easy and hassle free. Just switched over from Sprint and became a new Verison member over in the Auburn Ma location today. Where I felt very comfortable and was warmly welcome immediately as I entered the store. All of my questions and concerns where addresses in a professional manner which I recived every answer I was looking for. Greg was extremely helpful! I went in to buy a phone for my son who just turned 12. The phone was not in stock at his location so I ran some errands while he went and got the phone and by the time I came back the phone was ready to go; He even put it on the charger for me knowing that I was giving it to my son when I picked him up from school. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services.

These people are crooks. I honestky will never use verizon again. I was paying 290 a month for 2 phones. Disconnect my service because i was sick of being raped they slap a 70p bill on me. Then another 350. I hate these people and it has been the worst experience of my life. They will suck every dollar they can out of you beware

Went into Verizon to upgrade my phone. Kevin, the sales man that I worked with, made sure that I got the best deal! Customer service was awesome! I left the store with a new phone, new case, and car charger. I would definitely highly recommend going to this Verizon if you want quality care!
