If I could give this store no stars I would. My father walked into this location with a simple phone, just calling and texting, and walked out with a data plan, unbeknownst to him. One of this locations (insert foul word here) employees took advantage of an old man who doesnt know any better. Long story short, when Verizon contacted this location to see if they could do anything about what they did to my father they didnt bother responding to Verizon at all. (the whole process took over 3 weeks). Because it is not an authorized Verizon location, Verizon can do little to help you beyond reaching out to the store. So, if the store never responds, you are out of luck. I would warn anybody going into this location that it is NOT an authorized Verizon Wireless location. It is a bunch of people who agree to sell Verizon service and profit off of selling you service and selling you the hardware. Oh, and straight from a Verizon specialist, these employees are not trained by Verizon, so any knowledge they have isnt learnt from an actual Verizon employee. Do not, I repeat, do not go into this location unless you are fully aware they are a company that wants to sell you something in order to make money off of you.

I went into Cellular Sales store on Gold Star Blvd twice today. Both times the Staff were hugely helpful, taking the time to patiently answer questions and concerns i had regarding changing service and adding 2 new phones. The process once started was painless, and we left with 2 brand new phones and lots of SMILES. Store was very spacious and impeccably clean. Chris finally helped us and i would recommend him one hundred and ten percent (since i cant enter the percentage sign). Service here was WAY better than the actual corporate Verizon Store In Shrewsbury. So if you can .. make the journey to the Cellular Service Store. We went back to this store to make another purchase, the assistant was very helpful, but couldnt figure out how to resolve the problem. I went home called Verizon directly, and was told the upgrade could be done easily, and they attached notes to the account.. I called the store and asked to speak to the assistant who helped me and was STONEWALLED by DAN, who refused to help me, would not let me talk to the other assistant and wouldnt tell me which other store had the product i wanted. So you will get good service at this store as long as you DONT deal with DAN.

Absolutely appalled by the momenumental amount of disrespect and downright lies that come out of an associate named Daniel. This man not only blatantly lied to us but outright called my fiance a liar. This man has the audacity to tell us that the word "bamboozled" has a racist origin and insinuated that we retorted to racist slurs because we werent getting our way. ( I spent longer than I should have looking up the "racist" origins of this word, I suggest you do too Daniel) For a corporation as large as Verizon to have employees accusing its paying customers for being lying racists is perplexing in this day and age. I have seen multiple other bad reports on this store specifically mentioning this employee. There is obviously something wrong. I hope corporate Verizon sees how toxic of an employee this is and takes the appropriate actions. Until then I will not be giving verizon any more of my business and will do everything in my power to make it known to my friends, family, business partners, Facebook, Twitter, reddit, and google how alarmingly aweful my experience was at this store.

I came to this store just to buy a charger for my phone nothing more. The customer service agent asked me who my carrier was. "I was like T-mobile". Asked me what price was paying turns out they could offer me the exact same price as t-mobile and obviously they have the better service when I ran with them years ago. Only switched when it got too expensive for me. These guys were super nice and very laid back and fun to talk too. Extremely confident in their prices and literally tell you how things are going to be! Got setup with the new S8 which was an upgrade for me from the S6. Ill definitely send people there way! Theyll get there moneys worth! Good job guys!!! Side note extremely impressed with this new high tech phone and the rate of transferring all my info to my new phone regarding pics, music, apps, and contacts!!

Was blatantly lied to in regards to refunds and timing. Just filed a dispute. The sales associate (I wont say names) literally told me "your making my life a bit difficult right now" after I asked very calmly and simply when the refund would be credited back to my account. After he told me that, he said "youll get your money" then *hung-up*. I tried calling the place back and instantly hung-up on again, even asking to talk to the store manager. Absolutely despicable. He also said that "Ive been repeatedly calling for him" when that was literally the first time I called after making the purchase Feb 25th. So upset.

Store is under investigation corporate. I went in to address a broken phone. Was unable to fix my problem. Thats fine, as this happens. The issue is this, they upgraded my data plan, and ordered a new phone. All without my authorization. I was fortunate enough to have checked my account on line and stumbled across these changes. Upon calling customer service, they immediately corrected my account. They also knew exactly the individual who did the unauthorized changes. As he has done this at other Verizon satellite stores.

We went in today for an upgrade and were so glad to be greeted by Earl. His knowledge of phone features helped us pick the perfect phone at a great price. He even helped with adjusting our plan so we got a better value at a better price. It was obvious he cared more about our needs than pushing products, which is a very refreshing trait. Anytime I need help from Verizon I will be going to earl! He deserves a raise!

Got a call from one of the reps in the store letting me know about available promotions. I made an appointment, and it was quick and easy! I was able to change my data plan around, add a new device to my plan, and save money! Couldnt be happier! Its nice to know this Verizon looks out for the customers best interest! Would definitely recommend this location anyone looking for a good experience.

Great service, great people. I wouldnt go to any other verizon store. The sales assosicates are all very friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed with the service I received from sales associate Michael Bartlett. He was very informative and friendly as he assisted me in choosing the best phone for my upgrade. I had a great experience thanks to Mike.

Was helped by a nice young man named Andy Fernandez, unfortunately i was not due for an unprage but will return to andy when i become eligible for one. I went to verizon store with big problem Lauren and chris patiently not only fixed it but also taught me how to do lots more and solved simplified many things. I cant SSA say enough about their profesdionalism or heart. I am so appreciative of their expertise and compassion.
