Always get what I want. Fast and reliable staff, Landry has always fixes every phone and helped me with every phone related issue. Gave it 3 stars because I found out Freddie lied about being the owner and continues to make people think he owns many chains, but he is actually just a manager. Felt so stupid when i brought up the owner of the Willimantic store and the guy at another store laughed at me and told me he wasnt an owner and showed me who the owner was!

Shout out to Freddie the owner, just stayed open late to sell me a phone after my fiance dropped his and it shattered. I called 2 minutes before closing and told him what happened, he said come on down hed wait for us! Thats five star service from a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. Thanks Freddie youre a life saver!

I like this METRO. Very friendly & extremely helpful. Its very rare to go into any store especially a cell phone store where they dont have an attitude, not snappy & irritated with u before u walk in but this place is the exception! I highly recommend this METROPCS store if youre in the Willimantic area!
