Long story short - if your phone is broken and you need a repair or have a Verizon service issue - do not go here. Find a repair store. These folks are in retail sales, they will damage your phone if you bring it here for a physical repair. They are also not the actual Verizon company, they are an authorized retailer for Verizon products, meaning they are not experts on Verizon service. If you need Verizon service help - go directly to Verizon. If you need a phone hardware repair, go to a local repair shop there are lots of good ones around here now. If you just need to simply purchase a new phone or accessories, than this place is perfect for that. Just dont come here with fixable device issues, the best they can do is talk you into buying another product. They cannot fix things.

It has been a nightmare to try to work out warranty issues with them. Ive now had 2 phones break for literally no reason--I did not drop them, they did not get wet, there is not a scratch on them. Yet Ive had to pay $150 in replacement fees and both times they make you send in your charger cord and when the new phone arrives it is with a super cheap charger cord which frays in about a week.

Customer Satisfaction is this stores #1 goal. I had 3 phones I needed to switch between family members, they spent an hour with me working with the Verizon home office to switch around the numbers, update the data plans, transfer all the contacts, pictures, etc.

The owners and employees have always provided AMAZING customer service here. They give out loaner phones when you are waiting for a new phone and always try to go above and beyond with their customer service. I recommend this place 10 out of 10 times.

Service is amazing, staff is fun and friendly and they sell way more stuff because they arnt trying to sell you anything the whole time... (or so it seems). I cant rave enough about how nice these people are and how helpful they can be.

Raoul was great. Got me the phone I wanted, made all the paperwork really easy, and got me discounts to make the phone practically free. Also, he filled out the rebate form, stamped, and addressed it! I just had to pop it in the mail.

The people at the Tolland Wireless Zone have been very helpful to me on more than one occasion. They seem to have the attitude that they should help the customer rather than the corporation. I highly recommend dealing with them.
