Terrible customer service! Walked in to store, only 1 person on floor and they were with a customer. They never even acknowledged my presence. After, 15 minutes someone finally came out, they never introduced themselves, they sat down to look up my account and never offered me a seat, I had to ask if it was ok for me to sit. When I asked questions about my account he was not very helpful, offered to get me customer service on the line. Unattended child kept setting off phone alarms in store and the person who was helping me never excused himself or addressed parent to attend to the child, after the second interruption I just got up and said forget it and he never even apologized or said anything. Lousy customer service, wont be going back.

The staff at this store were so helpful! I tried multiple stores before coming to this one, and was disappointed in the (lack of) information and service that the other stores provided. The staff were friendly and truly engaged with my issues, calling other stores in an attempt to locate a product for me, and in the end helping me 100% resolve my issue in the store. I definitely recommend this store, and will return for future purchases!
