Its a rinky dink store. I bought a new phone and went there to have it activated (it took 3 times) while they were doing it they took my brand new memory sd card out and now it wont work.I was told to come back (3 times) I thought theyd make it right only to finally be told they wont be doing anything its not their fault (it was new and working before they took it out so how is it not their fault??). Very dissatisfied!!

My family and I have been to many different Verizon stores in the area, this one is the most friendly and helpful one weve been to. Even when were not buying things, they are always willing to take time to help us out. When we are due for upgrades or looking to get a new tablet, GoWireless in Palmer will be getting our business!

Last week I got my Samsung Galaxy S8. First Samsung phone and the girls there helped me so much. I had so many questions and they took their time to help me. Im someone who needs that one one help and not feeling rushed and I got that there. Ill be coming back with my questions and for my next phone.

Adam and Justin were awesome but the transaction took a long to me because of Verizon billing and payment customer service. I would still recommend this Palmer store they did everything possible.

Just got my new phone a $200 gift card and a vr set. The girls showed me how to use the VR it was pretty cool. This store has really good deals and friendly people. I will will be back for sure.
