Worst store ever! As a value customer for years now; This is my first ever issue (I have always gone to the Natick store) I have been dealing with this false advertising (Jose, the sales rep) on uniting to 1 bill for under $200 and unlimited data and all channels (which today is still the day and I do not have either). As well as promating the free t.v. when upgrading to a samsung S7 Edge, you will get a free smart t.v. 48 Samsung (which my husband paid off his remaining fee on his Samsung note 5, and did the upgrade). And I did log on to Samsung promoting, and I was informed by them, why AT&T was still advertising this, when the date of close out was 3 weeks prior of us signing up, and all we received was $100 gift card Before all this I was paying under $260 for my two phones, tablet, roll over 30 data! When dealing with this issue and still having two separate bills (At&t over $300+ and direct t.v over $80 with limited channels). And asking for the regional manager ( which is public information allowed to the customers (us) to file a complaint, I was refused it, and have been getting the run arounds) to resolve this matter, one person (Dan) stated "I will look into it, and give you a call back but this afternoon", this was 4 days ago, and his excuse was that Jose miss inform me on the pricing and it will be over the $300+ (just the phones it self). So where is this regional manager? Who is the manager there? And why is this person (Jose) doing this to loyal customers as I? DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE, THEY ARE ALWAYS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, AND CENTER EMPLOYEES ARE MISS INFORMING US VALUE CUSTOMERS ON PRICING AND PROMOTIONS! ITS CALLED FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! TOMORROW I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO MY LAWYER, AND WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR FROM AT&T CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CALL BACK (TODAY)! CUSTOMERS BE AWARE OF THIS STORE (ESPECIALLY JOSE)!

I just googled the store address to refer a friend to this store location and noticed some of the recent negative reviews. I formerly worked at a handful of at&t store locations including briefly at this store. This is a good AT&T location that I would send friends and family to. One review seems to be a complaint about not being refunded almost $900 in cash. Small wireless stores do not keep that kind of cash on hand, so a refund check is mailed. The other one claims to be a new customer who always shops at the Natick mall at&t store (which seems to have a worse review history) yet knows all about the day to day inside history of the Milford management team. Seems like this person wants to promote another location by writing poorly about this store. Either that or this customer misunderstood a promotion and is insisting on getting what she thought she heard. They have plans in writing so I dont understand how this person (especially how detail oriented she seems to be) assumed she was getting a different deal. Seems like a strange story that was fabricated from a disgruntle insider. From my experience, as an AT&T customer and my past experience as an employee helping customers, AT&T (611 on your cellphone) will apply curtesy credits and credit plans to make things right. When you get that bill in the mail thats higher than you expected, just have to KEEP YOUR COOL, go back to the store and or make the phone call from home. You dont even need to hire a lawyer!

I bought a samsung edge for my wife for mothers day . Supposedly it was a unloock phone so I paid full retail price 844$ When she went to her carrier the connect the phone the phone was looked So she returned to the att store to see what they could , well nothing was done on the phone so they are going to give her a check not cash like I paid and it can take up to 3 month . Now really no money but check that takes 3 month to get here , I didnt feel that they were interested to help so one star or no star if that exist
