Summary: Shady business practices, no customer service and they actively avoid customer support. To summarise, they took my money for phone insurance, and never provided any and in case anyone is curious, my phone is in perfect shape, Im posting to warn off others. Below are the details. Details: Sharad the store manager, possibly the owner, convinced me to cancel my Verizon Asurion phone insurance which I had for years without a problem and had me switch to the one they offered, which was an upfront cost rather than a monthly bill. I payed over $150 upfront without being given any paperwork, SHADY, but was told Id receive paperwork via email from them. Three months later I went back to Sharad and said I have not received anything, he assured me he would update my account and I would receive something from them. About 4 month later I went back ask again, same run around, mind you all I wanted was paperwork for my records. Finally over a year later I went back but Sharad was out, asked associate to have him contact me as soon as possible, nothing, 3 weeks later went back, associate said he was very busy opening up another store but assured me he would contact me however this associate told me the insurance plan / company I paid for and never received any paperwork from went out of business. Not only did they not mention this at any of my prior visits, but since I appeared not to be in the system, I was never informed that I did not have phone insurance anymore, if ever, SHADY. Again I visited them a 5th time a week and a half later, same story. Curious side note, after my 3rd visit, the associate who told me the insurance plan / company was out of business, easily looked up my account and purchase record, but my 4th visit 3 weeks later resulted in the associate not being able to find my account and purchase record in the system anymore, VERY SHADY.

My old IPhone broke this morning. I have always had a great experience at this location . Today was no different! I normally had Jeff but today I had Jorge & there was also District Manager Wiguen Thimotee for extra help with questions . What an amazing team they were ! I upgraded my Wifi jet pack , moved up from an IPhone 6 to a 7 and they revamped my bill. A lot going on which they handled so well! I was actually against the 7 at first because I had been misinformed about a couple of the features . I spoke my doubts and they proved each doubt one by one to be false and that felt great. Our lives are on our phones - I have always and will always trust the people at this location to help me navigate through . Thank you both for making it non-stressful!!

I went in to get an upgrade for my iPhone 5s to an iPhone 6s and they explained the plan to me so I thought that I was paying for the phone which was $50 with the upgrade and then I thought I was paying a installation fee of $35 but it turns out that I was paying off the $860 phone with a payment of $35 a month and when I went online I saw that I should only be paying $22 a month they did not explain the details to me thoroughly and i feel taken advantage of

Jeff and derrick were both extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. My family was in line for an upgrade, Derrick walked us through all options thoroughly educating on all updates and devices. Every member of my family left the location with a new device, and it was all due to the fact that the service was kind, genuine, and elevated!!!! Verizon as a company should be thrilled to employ such dedicated and passionate professionals!

Got my mom a Samsung note4 from this store. I am very happy with the service i got. They did everything for me, transferred the pictures and contacts and also gave me a rebate for $200. I was reading some reviews online some guy said he got ripped off by a "Foreign man" in this store which is absolute non sense. I got my rebate back in 2 weeks i only spent $450 with the rebate for a $650 phone.

Jeff is the WORST! He is so shady! He will ALWAYS try to sell you the most profitable phone just so he can make the most money. He doesnt care about the customer. He only cares about his paycheck. The entire business is a scam. The owner is cheap and greedy. I went in once just for a simple question and he tried to get me to buy a new phone when i clearly didnt want one.

I came into the store and met Derick. He gave me a warm and sincere greeting. Although I did not purchase a phone today, he is going to help me get one. He is knowledgeable and laid-back. Good bedside manner. He has the kind of personality that would work well as a manager. Unrelated observation of Derek..... Why dont you guys sell Apple watches?

Jeff in the Franklin store was exceptional in helping me as well as my daughters to purchase our new phones and transfer the content information from our old phones! He was pleasant and never made me feel rushed with all my questions! We have used this store in the past and will continue to use it in the future.
