I went to the Nashua store because it is an acutal Sprint store and not just an "authorized retalier". I went to them with an issue a year ago where my screen was fried and walked out with a replacement phone hassle free (thanks to my 11/month insurance). I went back there tonight with texting issues feeling good that they would have my back. 2 hours later after telling me it wouldnt be too long, I left with a factory reset and some story about how my over full "crap email app" was not syncing causing my memory to be full and therefore my text not working? What?? What kind of b.s. is that?? First of all that "crap app" is the one they set up for me when I got the replacement last year saying it was "one stop shopping" for my email INSTEAD of having the seperate google/yahoo apps which you are now telling me Im better off having..... He even showed me when setting up the google app how to make it so you sync every few days instead of having a months worth and said the other "crap app" does that too... Shouldnt he have done that before factory resetting in the first place?? So basically I lost everything except contacts and photos because they were too lazy or incompetent to do more troubleshooting. (unless I did my upgrade to a new phone/conttract...then it would all be able to be sent to the new phone!Um No thanks. Havent been to happy with Sprint. Not locking into another contract when this one is up in a month.!) I told them there were some texts that I really didnt want to lose and they said there was no way of saving them if I chose the fatory reset over the upgrade. And btw...I am aware It doesnt take 2 hours to back up photos most of which were already on the SD card and some contacts, I could have done the factory reset myself but I thought theyd be more efficient. Boy was I wrong. And for the 2 hours I was sitting there, I realized how badly they will tell anyone anything to get a sale. Even a little old man came in for a simple repair and left with a new contract and new phone on order. Trying to sell a lady who admittedly isnt very technical upgrades on things like a 25$ screen protector in addition to an already expensive Otterbox Defender. Or trying to get her to get a different tablet than one she got a free email offer for "for only 15$ extra a month" I realize sales is commision, but this was definitely "swindle with a smile". It was sick. Havent been to happy with Sprints coverage since I moved to NH. Wasnt sure Id be staying a customer when our contract is up in a month. And after tonight....thanks for making the decision to go elsewhere that much easier.

Worst service Ive ever experienced. I spoke with a sprint technical assistance representative on the phone to diagnose some problems I was having. They told me my phone needed its SIM card replaced. So I went there to have them replace it, wait time was 1 hour. So I wait and then go back to the store to pick up my phone. The technician told me he backed up my phone and reset everything, but that didnt fix it. So I asked if he replaced the SIM card and he studdeded and said yes. Clearly lying to me. So I asked him if I took the SIM card out would it be a new one? He then changed his mind and said he didnt replace it. So he takes it back and said he replaced it this time. Nothing worked. I decided to go to the Apple Store down the street in the mall. They diagnosed my problem and reassured me that the phone was NEVER RESET OR HAD THE SIM CARD REPLACED. The people at Sprint lied right to my face... they didnt do anything with my phone and just kept telling me to purchase a new one or call to file an insurance claim but that I would get denied... end of story, Apple solved the issue and my phone works fine and everything is back to normal. This store is horrible. There was 1 person who seemed professional and helpful the rest of the people were extremely immature and flat out lie to you. Never going back there again.

I had a very pleasant experience with everybody I dealt with here. I brought my phone in to be repaired or replaced, basically to do whatever needed to be done after I dropped it in a puddle. A big puddle. Stephen is the name of the gentlemen who helped me figure out what needed to be done, and he was very kind and helpful. I live in the middle of nowhere and traveled about 2 hours to get to this sprint store so I was relieved that I had a good experience with everyone. Thanks to my awesome sprint protection program, I walked out of there with a brand new full functioning phone at no additional cost. Yes, it took quite a while but that is just what I expected and it wasnt unreasonable.

This is a great store, please check it out before you assume based on the reviews. I had an issue, a common problem with the LG G4, and I went in and talked with Sean. He was very personable and assisted with me as quickly as possible. I left with a free G5, since the G4 was no longer in production, no extra fees, no complications. He set up the phone and I was out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend both the shop and Sean as a sales person. My only complaint was that they didnt answer the phone, but when I arrived, I saw that there was approximately 15 people in the store and all sales associates were occupied. So it was understandable.

Friendly staff, but now knowledgeable and do anything to provide faulty information to send you somewhere else. After driving 45 minutes to this store to fix my phone, then waiting an hour in line, I was told the technicians cant assist me because their machines are down. Staff member and a technician provided false information to how to handle my process claim and its not been fun. They said "Asurion" their phone claim providet will give me a loaner until my phone is being fixed for $100 and both information are not factual. I called the store manager who was extreemly unprofessional and not willing to hear me out.

No complaints with service I had broken my phone and was given a loaner phone (which I was appreciative of but I didnt like it) while my phone was to be sent out for repair. They told me it was going to be 3-7 days for the phone to come back to the store, it took 8 days(not a big deal) went to the store to pick it up and activate it awesome I have my phone back. Only problem was that during the activation process Kenny, the guy helping me, kept falling asleep!!! I had to wake him up a couple times but he got it activated and I was on my way. Get Kenny a break, hes tired.

I live in Boston,MA but since NH is tax-free, I went up there to go buy two Note 3s. Was actually gonna buy from Best Buy for $199 special and get the activation fees waived at this Sprint store nearby. Spoke to Jae and Elizabeth about what I wanted to do. Ended up giving me the phones for the Best Buy price and waived the activation fees at that store! Service was awesome and effortless. They even tried to find me more monthly billing discounts (I.e. military, corporate employment). Def recommend this store and those specific employees.
