Cellular Mobile Services in Wakefield has earned my trust! I brought my iPhone 6S in for what I believed was just a simple battery replacement, but during the repair a more serious problem was discovered (phone couldnt properly charge ANY battery). The store called me back and demonstrated the issue and recommended that I place a claim with AT&T. They showed me how the original battery was bloated and pushing the screen right off the face of the phone and recommended I not charge and use the phone again. They removed the SIM for me and recommended I use an older iPhone I had as a backup until my new phone arrived through AT&T claim process. When I asked what I owed for this fast, honest diagnosis, she said there would be no charge! Other shops may have just replaced the battery even though that wouldnt have solved the issue. I will bring my devices to Cellular in the future.

NEVER EVER go here. RIP OFF!! Scammers. They profit from naive first-timers. Went after google search These despicable thieves stole $400 from me. The moment you walk out of that store , if your lcd stopped working they tell you "take me to court if you want" and thier 1-3 month warranty is a TOTAL lie. They dont even keep your files. That SASSY woman at the front desk brags about her experience, destroys your phone, then aggressively comes after you. Try all the other services in the area - WE FIX IT or Mega-Wireless. At least youll get your moneys worth and wont deal with shameless scammers. Completely unsustainable, this business will go down.
