Typical sleazy salesmen and complete liars! I’ve done business at this store multiple times, opened new lines, set up Mifi, etc. This time I went in there to switch one of my lines (I have 4) to another device that I already owned, an old Galaxy S5. Now, I understand I went in there for purely customer service reasons and I wasn’t generating any revenue for the sales guys, but their service was terrible. The first guy comes out from the back in a sweatshirt and makes a joke about how he really works there. I tell him what I’m trying to do and he proceeds to tell me that I need to upgrade or open a new line; that the S5 is too old and will be obsolete in a couple months. He said the Android software wouldn’t be compatible with the S5 soon… like my phone doesn’t get software updates?!? Nice try buddy. I told him I didn’t have the money to upgrade at the moment (but would in a week when I get paid) and I just wanted to switch the line to the old device in the meantime. Then another guy comes out and takes over, still trying to get me to upgrade. He said the line I had was suspended and that’s why they couldn’t move it to the new device. Yes, one of my 4 lines I had suspended, it was the other one I was trying to switch. He just kept pushing for the upgrade saying he couldn’t transfer the suspended line (not the line I wanted transferred anyway). Again, I told the new guy I didn’t have the money to upgrade at this time. He then pulls out a Galaxy S5 and says I can upgrade to that phone and it would only be 15$ a month… didn’t the other guy just tell me that phone was obsolete? Guy #2 just brushed it off, saying no they were still selling those phones so I should totally “upgrade” and spend my $ on a phone that I already have. Bottom line, I left furious and went to the Verizon Wireless website and transferred the line myself. I will never go back there! It’s worth the 15 minute trip to Nashua to deal with the real Verizon Wireless… plus no sales tax!

Ok now, Im coming from Virgin mobile, where the only customer service I really ever got was over the phone considering they dont have stores. I was really looking forward to switching to Verizon due to having more support and help with issues. What a joke. I activated my phone here, well kind of, and "transferred" my iCloud information over to my new phone. Well I had to wait about 5 days for my phone to start fully working because they didnt do the proper port transfer correctly, and they didnt even transfer any of my iCloud storage over to my new phone... I asked why I didnt see anything when he told me it was "all set" and he told me it will take about 5 hours and then everything will show up. Ok? So 5 hours goes by, store closed, phone not working properly, no iCloud transfer on my phone and they charged me $30 for their service. After settling everything with Verizon customer service over the phone, my phone started to work properly and I did all the iCloud transfer info on my own. Called today, talked to Andrew the manager, and in a snark way he literally told me I paid for a service that wasnt fulfilled; because the "wifi" was interrupted that there was no iCloud transfer, also if I hadnt backed up my old phone that there was nothing to transfer at all... so why wouldnt the sales associate do the backup first? He also told me this service is non-refundable even though it was unsuccessful. A store of people clearly just screwing you over. I suggest to anyone to drive the extra miles to another store, itll be well worth it.

Today, I came to this store in order to return an old device for Verizon as requested by the company. I find my visit DISSAPOINTING and UNSATISFIED with the service being given by TYLER. I felt horrified by an extremely RUDE (and possibly even discriminating) employee who said, word for word, that if we gave him the machinery, he will "THROW IT IN THE DUMPSTER". To go to such extent in order to refuse the customer your service is unbelievable. We understand that he might not be able to provide the service we require but to say that he will THROW IT IN THE DUMPSTER is unbelievable. Honestly, whoever runs this place need to have a higher standard toward who to hire for the sake of the customers. By the way --TYLER-- next time we come, we expect a much better service than the one we are being given today.

This is the worst phone store I have ever been to. The staff steered me wrong on multiple occasions. I went in to get the newest smartphone and they were unable to process the order without making mistake after mistake. They upgraded the wrong line, they lost the order, they couldnt get my phone, they told me my phone was in when it wasnt, they burned multiple sim cards. This was not just one person - the entire staff was inept and lazy. They clearly were more interested in selling cheap accessories and plans to make $$$ then they were in customer service or getting the order right. I had to make 5 (yes FIVE) trips to this store to get the phone - each time they screwed up the process. F+ - the only reason for the plus is that McDs is next door - so while you wait you can have some nuggets. Beware.

Just had one if not THE BEST experience ever with Brendon at Verizon Wireless. I brought my parents who had ALOT OF QUESTIONS before upgrading my fathers phone and Brendon couldnt have been more patient, understanding and comical at the same time. If anyone is in any doubt with the service (Which you shouldnt!) Come to this location and be amazed. If Brendon somehow could be the manager of this storeroom another Verizon Id highly recommend it. I hope this review goes up the chain of command and Brendon is rewarded dearly! Thank you Verizon for hiring someone who we can not only relate with, but someone with a heart and passion! I WILL BRING ALL THE BUSINESS I CAN HERE!

Terrible service. Very rude and unhelpful. When I arrived to the store they were sitting in their car and then went in and right off the bat were rude. After we left they returned to their car, which seemed very strange to me. They had me call my sister to get information about my account and after I got the information they told me to stay on the line with her for way longer than necessary. When I finally asked if I could hang up they laughed and said they only made me stay on the line because they "get bored working here". Very unprofessional and bad customer service.

I dont know HOW this store is still in business! This is now the SECOND time I was given the wrong info from this place and wasted my time going in there! I specifically asked the girl when I called if they sold a type of phone CHARGER bc I didnt want to take the ride all the way there if they didnt carry it. She said YES we have CHARGERS that fit my Droid Z Play. Of course I get there and she said oh, we dont have actual chargers to charge your phone ... WHAT?!! Incompetent people ALL around! Verizon close the place down or hire employees that KNOW the products!!
