Having Verizon in Wayland has been great. I can drop by and always get help with a problem, and set up features for my phone. I cant count how many times they have gone out to my car to connect my phone. If there was a 6 star I would have given it to them.

I had the worst experience with Gui. I just got a new phone. Took him 3 HOURS just to activate it. Extremely frustrating. Had no idea what he was doing. Finally had to call Andrew and literally walk Gui through it key by key. Painful!
