My past experiences there were ok but my dad who is elderly and didnt know much about technology went there for his new phone and had a terrible experience and was ripped off. He bought his phone but then they were trying to sell him data plans. They told him 15G was the normal amount of data for one person and took atvantage of him. The plan cost $80 a month even though he only used way less than 1G. When I found out I went there and confronted them and without a discount or refund they simply switched the plan. I told them not to add the insurance plan but they slipped it into the bill anyways without telling me. When I figured it out they didnt give me a refund because they would "loose money" and sent me out the door. Overall that was outrageous and stupid.

The crew is extremely helpful ! Wayyyyyy !!! better than the uptight Alewife Brook Cambridge location ! This location is a little out of the way for me but the customer service is unparalleled. Worked with Joel, He helped me with the replacement of the Original Note7 (exploding version) and with the purchase of iPhone 7 and returning the old iPhone 6. The team is knowledgable and most importantly "they care" - Two Thumbs Up !

Mike the manager was a huge help. Mike helped fix a broken phone and order a replacement phone and when the replacement phone came in he helped me set it up as well. Mike Walsh was the Manger that helped me so ask for Mike if you need a new phone or a broken one fixed he is awesome.
