my opinion is that it would be best to avoid this repair shop service. I do not believe official manufacture parts are being used in for when doing repairs because a working screen should not give out right after a month of usage. Had a screen replaced that cost over 130 with tax and just after the 30 day warranty runs out the screen starts acting weird and having discolored picture and lines running up and down the screen. I called the shop and explained what was going on, and what was said to me that came across that i was being blamed for the problem of this happening when in fact not the case. sense the repair, ive gone out of my way to take extra special care to make sure the phone wouldnt be drop or get banged up so would not have to go threw this expense again. So right off the bat i was at fault. Then offered to repair it again for me with a 20 dollar discount as if he was doing me this big favor when he already had my money and now dont have a working phone again, like im going to give him money again when the first repair job didnt even last. i wish i spent the extra 70 to have it repaired by the manufacturer instead cause then i know i would be dealing with this problem.

Terirble experience. Brought my iphone in with a cracked screen. the owner told me it could be fixed no problem. After waiting 45 minutes for it to be repaired i received my phone back and a bill of 90.00 dollars. Wish i had known before hand it would be so expensive. There are no prices posted for anything. The owner then told me he had to shave down pieces of the outside shell in order to make the screen fit. I asked if that was going to be a problem he said "no everything should be fine just keep it in the case and there wont be any problems, if there are any problems within 30 days just bring it back and we will fix it" well his quality screen lasted about a week inside of a LIFEPROOF case before i started noticing a crack again. The owner said there was nothing he could do but replace it for a cost of 65 dollars. What a rip off this has been. I would not recommend this half rate company to anyone. Their word is as good as their quality of work....HORRENDOUS

If I could I would leave zero stars. Terrible experience! I had my screen replaced at the end of May and less than 10 days later it has cracking and webbing. The receipt claims, "All screens have a 30 Day Warranty". When my husband called the store to see what they could do they told him only the LCD screens have a warranty. They said the only thing they would do for us was give us $10 off of another $100 replacement. They are delusional if they think we are going to pay them an additional $90 plus dollars after paying them $107 for their first "fix". There warranty reads, "All screens have a 30 Day Warranty. Please note that this warranty becomes voided if you break or physically tamper with the installations." I most definitely did not break or tamper with their installation. Wish I could add pictures of their "work".

My Iphone 6 screen went crazy...I could not use it and It was executing on its own like calling my contacts and executing apps. I went to Pro Wireless and they noticed that my screen was cracked. I did not noticed until Rory, the owner, pointed out to me. The crack was so deep that affected the layer below it which is the one that controls the screen. He changed, both the first layer and second one..I HAD MY IPHONE 6 BACK JUST LIKE NEW..!!! and the cost of the repair was better than if i had taken it to an Apple store. Great job Rory. I recommend anyone to come here for any phone issues. They really good and wont overcharge you. Alexis..

Got my iPhone 5c repaired at Pro Wireless last night. I called around the state to get the lowest price, and this place was it! The customer service was definitely worth the five stars, the girl that works there is so nice and went out of her way to help me find a coupon online (check out their Facebook page, coupons all the time). The phone only took about 10 minutes to repair and the staff was so nice. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality, inexpensive, quick fixes for their devices. Thanks so much to the staff of Pro Wireless!

it was $117 dollars to fix my cracked screen but when i looked it up it was supposed to be $80. When my screen was cracked i was still able to use my iPad and it worked fine. I went to get the screen fixed and when i got it back it was dead so i charged it when i went home and now i cant use it at all. The screen said it needed to update and restored (in iTunes) so i did and it didnt work so i did it 6 times and it still wont work.

My expirence at the unprofessional store was they brake your phone just to get you out the door and they have there whole family working for them even there two year old daughter i will never go here again in my ENTIRE LIFE the owner has a bad Attitude and always making the coustomer make them feel like there at fault. I will let my friends and family know the location where not to bring there business too.

Highly disappointed. This company doesnt understand the true definition of customer service. Screen replaced three times and they still decided to try and make me buy a new screen protector that was already on the screen that they messed up. I will not ever recommend this to anyone. Business like this will fail horribly. TAKE A RISK

As both the guy working and I agreed: no one should provide services for free. But, dont hold my phone hostage AND THEN tell me what the service fee is. $20 is a very reasonable rate for a "diagnostic fee", but tell me that upfront, not after my phone is taken apart and behind closed doors. For that reason, Im out.

I brought my Samsung S4 in to Rory with a busted LCD screen. I left it with him and it was done in a little over an hour. Price was reasonable and certainty much less than a new phone! I would definitely return to ProWireless with any problem in the future. Thanks again Rory!
