I walked in and was contacted quickly while walking through the door which is great service even though the store was busy. They asked me to wait until someone was free to help me. Did not wait long but let me tell you it was worth it. A sales person named "Mike" helped me through the whole process of setting my phone and activation.This is by far the best customer service I have had. This is the customer service that will make T- Mobile better than other phone companies. This is the closest location from Marlborough for me and it was worth the drive. I am very happy about buying my new T- Mobile phone. Thank you Mike

Terrible experience - do not go to the store - they completely misled me and told me that I would get a 1G free data for the rest of the year if I purchased an Ipad - I just received the bill for the data. When I called in, they said I had to go in to the store to cancel - I asked them why I could not cancel over the phone and they were totally not helpful. 3rd rate carrier, employs 3rd rate people. Live and learn. update - if i could list negative stars, I would give it 1000 negative stars - this phone company is terrible- im on the phone with service for 90 minutes and they still have not solved my issue.

I simply hated my experience at this store. They were so mean by cracking jokes at us as if we are stupid to not understand. And even the manager there was no less compared to his employees in treating us bad. Is this the way they treat their customers?? They suck..!! Sorry T-Mobile but your losing your reputation because of people like these who work for you..!!!

I walked into the store and happened to be assisted by the associate named Michael. He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Being a techie myself, I liked the way he was up to date with the technology he is selling. He helped me choose the right plan and was able to assist me well with the services they offer.

I must say every time I go into this store the reps are very helpful and take the time to explain everything to me. The manager (sorry forget name) is a very nice person and likes to have personal interaction with the customers whenever possible!!! Will definitely recommend t-mobile to friends and family.

Its was quite a rocky start with T-mobile to say the least but things are getting better. This place definitely helped me rectify issues I had with the main customer service I originally spoke with. It really depends on who helps you here. For the most part they are good at getting you connected.

This store caused me to switch to MetroPCS. At the mall they are nice but at this place, they dont even know how prepaid works! Also I always had to wait 20 to 45 mins to be answered. They are rubbish!
