I went in to change a newly acquired at&t phone to my existing t-mobile account, which Ive had for over 16 years now. The female employee, whose name I unfortunately failed to get, tried to sell me a new SIM card so she could "try" to sync my contacts and photos. She said she didnt think it would work and told me the SIM card was not returnable, even if it didnt work. I proceeded to ask a few other questions as I was unfamiliar with the process and she sighed loudly as if I were bothering her! She subsequently told me to go to at&t to see if they could do the switch. Instead of following her advice I went to the T-Mobile located at Smithfield Crossing. I was helped by Sara who immediately began to work on transferring my contacts and photos without any issues. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and she was pleasant and very informative. My new store to say the least. And never going back to the mineral spring store. This is the 3rd time in two years they have been utterly useless and misinformed me.

This T-Mobile location is the best. They are willing to help you in any shape or form. Went in to upgrade or i should say get a better phone. The wait was a bit long but they made me feel delightful. This will be the only T-mobile location i will go to in PROVIDENCE.

The manager couldnt solve my internet problems, telling me that my phone gave out and I need to buy a new one. Yet the location on Diamond Hill Road fixed the problem for me.
