Let me start off by saying if I could rate 0 stars I would! The owner Sam is very immature, selfish, and cold hearted! He harassed an employee so bad she was crying for days and instead of trying to resolve he fired her! This was a girl that did everything to please him even though she felt threatened and uncomfortable around him! Can you say harassment?! Maybe even wrongful termination? This is a dear friend of mine and he lost quite a few customers already so Im trying to get word out so everyone else realizes what a low life conniving person he is! Id say,... As a business owner ...PFFTTTT, ha!" Dont waste your time or money! They only treat people as another $ in their pocket. Id rather be treated as a friend anywhere else! I dont know if he has this negative attitude because he has the lowest sales around or what. Thats what other Verizon stores have guessed. I will definitely say good luck in life with that type of outlook! I hope you get a taste of karma soon. Me, my friends and family as well as my business will be going else where!!

If I could rate this store 1,000 stars, I would!!! Every single person at this store was nothing but helpful, courteous, and so friendly. Not to mention, and most importantly--knowledgeable!!! I had no idea what I was looking for when I first stepped in the store, and immediately the sales associates were eager and willing to help me, and didnt even get annoyed with my millions of questions about the products. I completely dont agree with the other review about Sam, the owner of the store, being unprofessional and rude. Untrue!!! I spoke to Sam myself, and he was so polite (not mention handsome!) and made sure the other associates took care of me. I will for sure tell all of my friends to come to this store for any phone services they need! Awesome experience, I cant wait to go back!

My experience at IM Wireless was very postive. I recommend anyone looking to work with professional and experienced Verizon Reps to go to IM Wireless in Hudson NH The employee I worked with was Allyson and she was very patient in explaining all my options. She was professional and was able to answer all my questions. I have had Verizon for my cell phone coverage for many years and always went to the mall for assistance. They were never able to answer my questions and it was always a hassle there.

Stopped in to ask a question about how to block some callers, we told completely wrong information. Then proceeded to ask how to disable the camera on an iPhone was told this is not an option on the iPhone. Came home and Gooled it and found a quick answer that you can certainly disable the camera. Please train your sales people and do not to give out bogus information to your clients! Oh wait I am not a client and will not return after this!

This place is the best! I went in to purchase a new phone and I was done in less than 30 minutes. Right when you walk in, you feel appreciated and acknowledged with great customer service especially from Sam, the manager! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family for reliable, affordable, and efficient service.

The experience I had at the Verizon store in Hudson was awesome!!!! They were professional and prompt, and even got all the bubbles out of my screen protector! I am letting all my friends know on Facebook this IS the place to go to get your next phone!!!!
