Wouldnt recommend going to this store or any T-Mobile store. Bought a brand New phone a week ago I have the case the receipt the box the bag charger everything I left the store with try to return undamaged and they subtracted -50 from my full price I paid for the phone when I told them i wasnt informed this they told me I should of read the receipt...it is what it is like really? Thats bad busines and poor customer service I already switched to AT&T Im done with tmobike sharads. Im really mad because I been a paying costumer since 07 but its okay have a great day.
