Helpful when my wife went in to get a new Iphone. Super rude and unhelpful when she went in to return it. We decided we were done with AT&T and went to Verizon and ended up saving money, getting a better network and getting better service

One befuddled guy was working there when I went in. He didnt acknowledge me when I walked in, didnt make any headway with the customer he was with and was oblivious when I walked out. Dont know why I bother with AT&T anymore.
