Seems theyre under new management. This USED TO be my favorite place to buy, upgrade, etc. Todays experience was SO BAD I will likely never set foot in there again. Joking with an employee I was told I was rude, then ignored. The final straw was when I was told Id have to produce an ID to use the discount I receive through work to purchase a phone charger.

Well.. a terrible experience on Tuesday night the 12th of April at 7:00 pm. We waited an hour, were treated rudely and the guy had us sitting on the floor waiting since there are no red benches like the other Verizon stores. I will be calling the owner tomorrow...
