GO TO COPORATE STORE. MOST DISHONEST PERSON IVE EVER MET. Total scam artist works here BEWARE. Took complete advantage of me. Im 24 and not that savy with wireless stuff. He made me spend $206 of my phone buyout of $598 (T-Mobile service doesnt work with my job- I switched less than a month in). This is after he called his manager for advice on how the rebate worked. The man on the phone advised him what I needed to spend in the store. Played dumb about pricing the whole time. We spent over an hour together picking out retail items that fit my $206 budget. I ended up leaving with an ipad, blue tooth headset, and car charger. I didnt really want them but the agent told me I had to spend all $206 of the rebate in the store that day or I wouldnt be able to use it again. He verbally told me the bill was going to be $113 with taxes and an activation fee on my first bill. I trusted him enough to sign... I felt uneasy on my way home as he did not make any effort to explain how to receive the other part of my rebate. I called the store and asked him why there were multiple receipts all listing different pricing in my bag. He said to wait til the first bill comes and see what it says. Are you kidding me?! Not to mention he told me all about his pay structure and how his commission works. He was just using me to get to his retail bonus. And signing me up for a iPad LTE plan I didnt know about. I called AT&T and the help desk lady confirmed that I should be uneasy. This is a third party vendor. I told her that I am 24 and she said sweety it looks like you had to learn the hard way. My monthly bill was $160 and at&t would have covered the entire cost of my phone(no spending some of it on merchandise). I am so mad Im writing my first google review. Now I have to drive an hour and a half back to Framingham to return these items.

Cleon was a major help to me. I came in to add a line for my daughter left with a free phone and also unlimited data, with my bill cheaper than what it was when i came in.. Absolutely amazing... Great store
