Buyer Beware! We were sick of the prices we were paying for Verizon so we thought about switching. We have DirectTV which we love so we thought it would be great. When we first went in they sold us a great deal! Free iPhone, Free activation fees no hassle! We loved it so much, everyone seemed nice so we switched. Our first bill came and it was DOUBLE what we should be paying. Went into the store and was told the bill would be taken care of. It was not! I called the store multiple times(4) before I got a call back. Was told again the bill would be fixed but still nothing. I called the 1-800line multiple times, was told there was nothing they could do about my bill, the iPhone as not free, the two tables they gave us as we were leaving the store " for free" were $20 per month and locked in for 2 years!!! After hours in the store and on the phone I have decided to switch back to Verizon! I would rather deal with a higher bill than a company that out right lies to you!!!! If you want to switch make sure you dig dig dig for all the real information!

This has been the very worst experience I have ever had with any utility provider. This store in particular had horrendous unethical, deceptive, and fraudulent promises and charges. We paid for all our equipment in the store and have continued to get installment charges monthly even though we have the receipts!!!!! I was promised a free IPHONE 7 plus then started to get charged monthly for it for what they told me would be 30 months, total of $890.00 for a free phone. This saga continues. Please to not go to the Burlington Mall ATT store horrible, horrible practices.

Worst customer experience. They put sales and commissions ahead of customers. Duped my parents into getting .99 tablets, without CLEARLY informing them that they would be under contract for 2 years to pay those off. When I explained over the phone they kept referring back to their 14 day remorse policy, which expired by the time I hear realized what my parents signed up for. Their managers are not empowered, nor do they even try to do the right thing, which is why Ive switched to T-MOBILE Mobile for my entire family (5 lines). Dont go here. Ever. They are a joke.

Would give a 1/100th of a star if possible was told that if I switched from T-Mobile an Verizons cable witch was 300 a month I would only be paying 230 for 4 lines an direct TV in 4 rooms never received a bill got a late notice for 300 found out that the phones alone were 230 an direct TV was 170 now Im stuck with a 400$ bill I would never recommend att to anyone an I would definetly never recommend this store to anyone cause all that they did there was lie to me an take a extra 100$ out of my pocket every month

Been here twice, on a weekday during the day, and guess what, both times all the staff were busy and even though I wanted to buy a simple item off the shelf (i.e. not a phone that requires activation) they made me wait even though they could have rang up my item and still help other customers at the same time. Both times I left the store because you know how people can agonize forever over which phone to get. I dont have time to wait for them.

Incredibly dishonest sales associates and management. Avoid this store like the plague. If you need to go to an AT&T store, DONT go to this one, unless you enjoy getting slipped known-defective merchandise and spending hours on the phone trying to undo all the bogus charges they added to your account. Hands down worst customer service experience Ive ever had, and I used to have Comcast.

I went there yesterday and they attached my phone number to wrong ssn, when I went to apple store tried to get a new phone, they said something is wrong, I called customer service of att, CS said my ssn is not the number I provided to him, I was pissed off, I should just go back to Tmobile, att probably is not for me.
