Go to this store if you want to get yourself humiliated!!! Screw this, Im moving to T-mobile. Really rude staff, absolutely do not care about customers. Myles and Brendan made me look like an idiot saying Nexus 5 phones dont support LTE. After I asked them to change my new Nexus 5s Sim card, I got LTE data. Myles simply handed me my phone and arrogantly said, "Great! Now you have LTE" and went off to do his work. While working on my phone, an angry customer called saying he lost his contacts when they swapped out his Sim card. After hanging up, Myles called the customer a clown, forgetting another customer (me) was standing in front of him.

At the time I went there the wifi was not working which is a true sin for an att store. Also not a true att store but a retailer so I dont get the impression they care about the customer past getting the sale. I waited one hour to get a screen protector which they told me they would put on my phone. Then the last second they told me that if they messed up it was on me and they would not replace. They also misquoted the price to me on the phone when I called. Serious lack of experienced customer care staff. If you are getting a new phone go somewhere else (Costco doesnt charge tax on new phones and gives extra stuff away).

There is a 15% restocking fee for returning items even if they are unopened. I purchased a charger and returned it unopened the same day and was charged the 15% fee. I felt that this was completely unfair and the store manager would not waive the fee, but I spoke to corporate and they were able to make things right. I have since updated my review to reflect the effort put forth by the company to strive for a better customer experience.

Sales staff were not knowledgeable. Provided false information and pressured to make a sale at their store even though they knew it was not the right thing to do for my situation. It was very obvious they were lying to try and manipulate the situation. Bad experience all around.

Every time Ive had to visit this store the staff have been excellent. Ive been greeted promptly and helped once an associate was available. Jon and his team work wonderfully together and it shows by the positive interactions Ive seen while in the store. Keep it up Jon and team!
